這是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。
第一，我選擇了雅緻大床房，攜程平台上寫着15㎡，但實際可能衹有7-8㎡，差距很大，遂向老闆反映，他説這是平台的問題，和酒店沒關係，我説那請改正不要誤導消費者，他很生氣的説不會誤導的，不知道別的房型有沒有虛報的。
第二，酒店衞生和環境很差，酒店的基礎設施破舊。比如酒店的床單是破了兩個大洞的，而且老舊泛黃，和老闆反映後，他説要更換，但住了兩天也沒有換，不了了之了。
第三，酒店的衞生間很爛，馬桶氣味很大，而且酒店很潮，會反味，導致整個酒店有一種臭味，開排風扇也去不了。
第四，酒店的淋浴頭很破舊，而且水温很低，幾乎是涼水。訂之前看到有人評價節假日洗澡很難，的確如此。
第五，酒店不會主動清潔打掃，甚至不會補充衞生紙和牙刷牙膏等物品，去問前台説顧客不説就不會打掃，屬實沒見過。
第六，服務態度巨差，一説話就急躁，用本地方言罵我，我沒聽懂什麼意思，大致是比較軸？
總之，慎訂！

酒店離鼓樓廣場，書店街很近，吃飯很方便，裝修風格簡約時尚，衞生很乾凈，服務很好，下次還會入住。

服務：態度極其惡劣的前台大叔，一言不合就拿話陰陽你，如果不是因為當天玩清明上河圖太晚了，真的無法忍受，第二天早上趕緊走人果斷換酒店，入住千萬要看評論，別不聽勸，本來預訂的時候看來評論，為了離着近抱有一絲幻想，覺得不應該會出現這樣那麼惡劣的情況，如果你真的受得了就試試吧，

房間乾淨，衞生，採光好，老闆態度也非常好愛。周圍出行很方便，離鼓樓五樓夜市就是一分鐘的路程，對面還有景點離其他景點也非常非常近。

説實話，這兒還是開封的市中心，體驗感不好🙀！房間小，衞生狀況一般，最重要的是沒有熱水，多次溝通，雖然老闆態度很好，但各種理由糖塞，最終第二天下午才找到了地方讓我們洗澡。照片就不拍了，大過年的入住市中心，唉，體驗這麼的～～其實有點失望的

我住的是家庭温馨房，屋裡非常寬敞，中間的電視可以調節方向的，還可以享受到温泉水的淋浴，水温很熱，非常棒。距開封府，清明上河園也都不遠。距離鼓樓夜市非常近，老闆人很好很熱情，點贊！
