Cloud Hotel

Staying at the Yunwenxin Hotel in Kaifeng was a truly wonderful choice! From the first day I checked in, I was captivated by the details. The most surprising thing was its proximity to the Qingming Riverside Park, a mere seven or eight-minute walk. After enjoying a performance, I strolled back, and even the evening breeze carried a relaxing air. For those of us who enjoy immersing ourselves in a garden, this convenience was a real plus. But my favorite part was the hotel's small garden, tucked away between the buildings. Sitting there, listening to the birds chirp and watching the dew drip from the leaves, I suddenly realized that the most relaxing moments of travel aren't those of huddling in crowds to check in, but rather of simply being there, at peace, like being in your own garden. When I returned in the evening, the warm yellow light from the garden, reflecting off the trees, added a touch of warmth, and I couldn't help but snap several photos. The hotel's surroundings are also delightful, and even more so at night. The distant lights intertwine with the nearby tree shadows, and the evening breeze carries a hint of coolness. Standing at the hotel entrance and gazing at the nightscape for a moment, the fatigue of the day melts away. The breakfast is also highly praised. There are so many varieties, including local snacks from Kaifeng, hot porridge and side dishes, and even the fruits are neatly cut. I drank spicy soup for two consecutive days, paired with freshly baked fried dough sticks. It was warm and very comfortable for my stomach. The room I stayed in was also very satisfactory. The bedding was soft and I didn't want to get up after lying down. The facilities were good, and the hot water in the bathroom came quickly, making a bath refreshing. In short, staying at Yunwenxin this time was like finding a cozy little base. It is close to the places I want to go, but it has its own little world. Especially the small garden. It still makes me feel warm when I think about it now. Next time I come to Kaifeng, I will definitely choose this place~

The room layout is weird. The towel rack at the sink is unsanitary. The hair dryer is placed in a gap that creates a dead spot. There are also small towels left by who knows which previous guest. It is very inconvenient to get a towel after taking a shower. The aisle at the end of the bed is very narrow. Overall, it is very unpleasant. I recommend staying in a chain hotel. At least the design is not anti-human and the hygiene is more reliable.
