Cloud Hotel

It was my first trip to Zhengzhou, and I felt good from the entrance. Bright greetings, I didn't speak English well, so communication was difficult, but I felt kindness that overcame that barrier. I slept alone, but I liked the spacious room, so I slept on a 35-40 pyeong queen bed, and I liked that the bed wasn't visible from the entrance. I think the bedding didn't come off even after washing. It was generally clean. The location is nearby, and there is a very large and beautiful tourist attraction called Qingming Shangheyuan. But I think it's better to do activities after the sun sets. The night view is a work of art. ㅎㅎ The hotel right outside is also a work of art. I have friends here, so I didn't hang out like a tourist, but I think it's probably the best location. It's like the center of Kaifeng. But I don't think there are any convenience stores around. If you take a taxi, you'll go to a mart in 5 minutes, so buy something in advance and go!

The facilities are clean and most of the service, location, etc. are satisfactory, but the breakfast is very unsatisfactory.

The room is spacious, bright, clean and very close to the Qingming Shanghe Tu Park

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. I called the front desk to inquire before I arrived at night. I left early the next morning and gave the children small cakes. The courtyard was well decorated. The night view of the Qingming Riverside Park behind was very good. It was great to play in the park for a day. I will stay here again next time.

I brought my children and the elderly to Qingming Riverside Park. The hotel is right next to the park. You can see it when you open the window. It takes only 5 minutes to walk to the entrance of the park. It is very convenient. The room is not big, but the facilities are complete and the service staff is very enthusiastic.
