Extremely disappointed with the room. We booked a room with city view which was clearly stated in the room description. However during check in we were told there was only a room with no window available and there is no way to upgrade for us as hotel is fully booked. I showed the hotel staff the booking invoice with room description but he said he could not explain as the documents were in English. Though eventually I got some trip coins from trip.com as compensation, but this was indeed the worst experience I ever encountered.

1. 5 stars for the location. It s just across the street from Millennium East gate. Easy transport both from the railway station as well as visit places in Keifeng
2. Breakfast 5 stars but more to chinese style. But still an abundant breakfast choices.
3. Mattress nice and comfy.
4. Carpet needs a deep clean.

It was a nice fairly quiet hotel very close to the amusement park section of Kaifeng. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good with mostly Chinese-style fare. A good choice to stay close to the amusement park nearby, which is worth the trip for the late night shows.

The hotel is over-rated. It is only a 3 star instead.
There are No Smoking signs everywhere, but people were smoking in the lounge, but no staff try to stop them. Smelly hallway and lounge.
The photo on the website is misleading. Breakfast is below average. I think it is a local hotel not suitable for foreign visitors.

The room is luxurious, with a larger area than the standard room, complete facilities, air conditioning, and the temperature can be adjusted at will. The hotel breakfast is OK, filling, and rich if you are not picky! Across the road is an old soup bun shop, Yan Ji, where I went to punch in for breakfast. It is very close to the hotel, a 5-minute walk, and the taste is good. The rest of the breakfast shops are all pre-made buns, and the taste is very average!
