The environment is very good! The yard is picturesque! Have fun in the garden. The service is attentive and considerate, it is worthy of leisure and holiday accommodation for tourists

在景區裏面，位置很好，臨着一條河，房間有些小，如果訂精品房在一樓有一個露台，比較不錯，就是晚上蚊子🦟太多，一晚上光打蚊子了，插上驅蚊液貌似也不太管用。早上還是發現孩子臉上有個包。因為有長者有孩子，拜託了前台給延遲退了下房

客棧在園子裏，位置絕佳，環境很好，下樓就有表演大舞台。早上在鳥叫聲中醒來，推開房門，清新的空氣撲面而來，宛若置身於江南水鄉之中。本來一個房間送兩張啟封故園的門票，店家小姐姐人很好，送了我們所有人的門票，因為有長者還幫我們延長了退房時間，真是非常熱情。沒有去人擠人的清明上河園，選擇來到啟封故園，真的是來對了。

很滿意，民宿超出預期，好幾個院子，房間很多，有的帶露台，有的不帶。主要是住在景區方便，其他遊客走了以後，整個園子都是自己的✌🏻️朱仙鎮啟封故園也值得多次遊玩。裡邊建築漂亮，水也多，遊人不很多，不擁擠。
給民宿提個建議吧，衞生間窗户建議換成透明玻璃，可以增加室內亮度。民宿窗户建議清理乾淨，可以隨時開窗，畢竟，窗外風景很美，可是窗户打不開，玻璃又臟，就太浪費美景了。
總之，非常推薦大家去朱仙鎮啟封故園遊玩，在枕水人家民宿住一到兩晚👍🏻

提前幾天定的民宿，打電話給客服提前留好房間。枕水人家就在景區裏麪包含了門票，假期帶孩子全家住一晚，太舒服了，早上被鳥叫聲叫醒，推開窗户就是美景。雨後的空氣太舒服了。拍照太出片了。值得二刷，已經推薦給好友們來打卡了

酒店在啟封故園風景區內，是與景區一起開發的仿古建築，與景區風格一致，設計成庭院式酒店。所謂民宿，大概是參照民宿的風格裝修，衞生間都是水泥牆面水泥地，我想是為了省錢，與民宿無關，我在其它地方也住過民宿，一般衞生間都貼瓷片牆面鋪地磚。早餐一言難盡，看下面照片，一桌食物就是早餐的全部，鐵盒裡是熱的炒豆芽，雞蛋一人一個，其餘的放在廚房裡，估計是擔心客人多吃多拿。餐廳可能是緊貼民宿的一家個人經營的餐館，承包民宿的早餐。其實景區內有家黃家老店小籠包味道不錯，可惜怪我沒福，吃了一籠包子後，不知是腸胃抗滑能力差？還是吃完包子就逛東逛西走個不停，2小時內上了3次衞生間，每次出來吃一粒易蒙停，3次後迴歸正常。枕水人家最大的優點有2個，一是憑房卡可免費進出啟封故園景區，二是可以拍一些夜景及早上太陽放發紅光的時刻。服務給了3星，其實前台服務還是不錯的，但早餐一般，我就將早餐歸服務一項了。

房間非常乾淨，晚上到的有點晚，前台小姐姐一直等着我並且帶我到房間，早晨起來打開窗簾簡直被景色驚呆了，圖一就是開窗的景色，太美了。圖二是我住的房間，早點定可以有個大陽台。酒店裡麪也很漂亮，早餐也很可口，下次還要再來住。
再次感謝一下前台小姐姐，一直等着我，看見我受傷了給我碘伏棉棒。
因為出了一點事故，酒店老闆幫忙協商，還加微信問我的情況，特別暖心。酒店老闆的原話是：“你入住啟封故園民宿，就是我們的客人，你遇到了困難，我們應該為你提供幫助。”天吶，看見這句話我都快哭了，真的十分感動，園區也很美，下回帶着家人一起來玩，也會四處推薦。
