攜家人出差此地，兩晚，酒店性價比很高，圖片與實物一致。首先距博物館1個紅綠燈，萬達大約2公里，比較方便。酒店位置好找，不在鬧市區 相對安靜，有指示路牌，獨立車庫，適合自駕。
目測酒店老闆比較講究，室內裝修講究細節，實木設計，枕頭舒適，質量感滿滿，不敷衍。主要是乾淨，保潔人員很細心，遇到一個白白的保潔大姐，態度熱情，細緻入微。值得一提的是，酒店餐廳的銅鍋小火鍋真心好吃，特色羊肉香而不膩，小菜清脆爽口。
另外建議：早餐可添加水果，無關天氣。

我們住了兩間房，臨走一天在酒店洗衣房洗了衣服，退房忘了取，給酒店前台打電話説了情況，他們馬上去取來衣服，叫快遞晚上收貨，第二天就收到了，雖然是一件小事，可以看出員工的素質與服務意識，這次去開封，選了很多家酒店，看了好評與差評，選了桐花藝術酒店，硬件無可挑剔，新裝酒店不會太差，風格別緻，天天衞生打掃及時，機器人送水，總之住的開心，再去開封還會入住的，感謝酒店員工。

太哇塞的酒店了，首先辦理入住，服務小姐姐漂亮也特別熱情，酒店裝修對得起桐花藝術酒店這個名字，每層樓的走廊都有一把琵琶，看着特別有藝術氣息，房間寬敞明亮、乾淨，床品乾淨，餐廳廚師手藝特別棒，讓我顛覆北方菜不好吃的觀點，酒店早餐自己包的羊肉包特別好吃，奶茶特別好喝，沒想到在河南還吃上了正宗的內蒙烤羊肉，如果有機會來開封，我還住這家，特別推薦給寶子們，絕對不踩雷。

該酒店設施很好，層樓佈置有藝術感，且每二層就配洗衣房，智能化的“小度”也很給力。衞生狀況也很好，我們一行在該酒店住了二天，每天房間都整理乾淨。因為酒店位置在商務樓區內，因此比較清靜。特別要表揚的是前台、客房服務員，他們對客人態度和藹，勤快。雖然位置稍微偏了一點，但他們用對客人真誠的服務，來彌補。是自駕遊、商務出差人士的首選地。

首先，住過這麼多酒店，這家酒店的服務是真的值4.8的評分，服務是真的很好，很熱情；房間佈局不錯，雖説外觀可能沒有你想象的好（但也不差），但是裏面的佈局很不錯，出了電梯左手邊有休閑的地方，可以坐着看看外面的天氣，喝喝茶，還有洗烘房（很乾凈），還有自助早餐（一應俱全），總體住的很安靜，很舒適非常的奈斯。
