簡直太驚喜了，酒店的服務真的很好，知道我們有小朋友，特意準備了小朋友的拖鞋牙刷牙膏，太貼心了，吧枱還給小朋友準備了各種零食，還貼心準備了伴手禮，和小朋友的玩具，下次來還住這裏，體驗感真的很棒！

酒店位置好（離高鐵站很近，前面兩百米即是博物館和來回鄭州和開封的主幹道鄭開大道）。
酒店設施齊全而且很新，一樓大廳和客房內的設定考慮周全且貼心，工作人員的服務也很好，讓人有賓至如歸家的温馨感覺。自駕停車免費。訂的家庭房，房間很大很寬敞，裝修也很温馨別緻，有兩個床，床很寬都是1.5米寬。總之如再來開封會再次預訂。

跟對象來開封遊玩的，挑酒店時看到了桔子酒店，一直都知道桔子酒店，但是這是第一次入住，沒想到體驗感真的很好，不管是服務，還是設施設備都很棒，還給做了升房型體驗，大廳免費的水果，餅乾茶水，還有自助咖啡機

停車非常方便，負2層直接乘坐電梯到一樓大堂辦理入住，前台服務熱情周到，房間非常乾淨整潔，環境很漂亮，推薦大家來這裏入住！

前台服務很好，樓層服務員很熱情，可以免費洗衣服，早餐種類很多，有當地的特色小吃，房間面積很大，設施設備齊全，滿滿的高科技智能感。

乾淨整潔，服務周到，酒店很新，窗簾遮光效果很棒，可以安排送站服務，值得推薦！下次還來！唯一的建議是在大廳等待的時候，有其他客人抽煙味道太大！

帶孩子們外出旅行，選擇桔子準沒錯，孩子們非常喜歡，酒店距離博物館、規劃館走路幾分鐘就到了，還有接送站，妥妥的貼心
