Home Inn (Kaifeng Qingming Shangheyuan Henan University Store)

I stay in hotels many times when I travel every year. This is the first time I have stayed in such a small room and it was short of a room that cost more than 330 yuan.

The room environment is clean and hygienic, the bath water is large, and the service of the lady at the front desk is also very good. It is recommended to stay here. It is also very convenient to go to the scenic spots and is very close to Daliangmen.

The location is good. It's just a short bus ride away. It's not far from Qingming Shanghe Garden and very close to the ancient city wall. It has a self-service laundry room and complete facilities. However, some parts of the room still look a bit old. This is acceptable. . But the side of the room facing the street is still very noisy with the windows closed. There is a hotel on the other side, and the sound of the exhaust fan can be heard continuously until 11:30 that day. It is not audible after 12 o'clock. If you like to sleep quietly, you should not stay here. However, the service attitude was very good and overall it was pretty good.

The overall feeling of the room is very simple and elegant, and the decoration style is quite nice. There is also a free laundry room on the second floor. When I came to Kaifeng and booked this hotel, I felt great overall! The hotel is right on the main road in Kaifeng, and very close to Riverside Garden during Qingming Festival. The young lady at the front desk is very hospitable. I highly recommend this hotel! The bed is very comfortable and has a latex mattress. It really feels like going home!

This may be my first time staying at Home Inn neo and I don’t feel very good. First of all, before I even entered the room, I smelled a pungent smell like it had just been renovated. Even the hotel’s wifi was not connected! Secondly, I am 180cm tall and this bed made me feel small for the first time. My feet felt like they were leaking when I slept at night, and I didn’t dare to straighten them to sleep. The room is not soundproofed. The air conditioner outside the window can be heard clearly at night. When the screen is opened, a lot of dirt flies out of the window! It’s been a long time since I wiped the screen window. I can’t see it. It’s just dirt on my hands. I don’t know if the sheets have not been changed or washed, as shown in the picture. There is still a large blood stain on the toilet floor! I have never experienced a shower with a curtain when I stayed at other Home Inns before. I spent more than 700 and the experience was really bad! There was no hot water for taking a shower in the morning, and the slippers were made of very poor quality paper! It’s just a piece of paper! I also brought my parents to Kaifeng this time. The experience was really bad, but the attitude of the service staff was very good. The hardware facilities are still too poor! Won't book here again!

如家酒店的冷漠和無情 如家，曾經酒店的代名詞，這次河南開封的入住體驗，讓我很崩潰，我也是在攜程網上看到的酒店圖片，感覺還可以，因為離景點近才選擇的如家酒店，但是房間的異味和老舊的設施確實和圖片有很大的差別，特別是馬桶的返味確實很難受，但這不是重點，畢竟也衹有200左右的價格，也不能奢求它有多好。 最無語的是如家酒店對住店客人財產的冷漠和無情，7月19日我住宿開封如家酒店河南大學店，保安和前台在明知（指定）我的汽車就停放在酒店門口，歷經四小時的暴雨襲擊，眼巴巴看着我五個月的新能源車，一步步的被泡進水裡，也不通知我一下，讓我駛離，事後也衹有一個前台給我道了個歉，承認工作的失誤，和所謂經理的冷漠處置，但是我作為一個外省遊客，一個住店客人，新車被泡了，大水中獨自等待五小時拖車，把車從開封拖到鄭州4s店去維修，景點門票廢了，旅遊行程全部改了，結果，20多天過去了，當事酒店，如家集團居然也沒人主動聯繫我，問一下我後續的情況，確實讓人寒心，難道這就是如家酒店的企業文化，待客之道，確實讓人難以理解，曾經全國人民耳熟能詳的酒店怎會變得如此的冷漠和無情。

網上照片拍的很好，到了房間好小，也有些舊了，層高感覺衹有2米出頭，好壓抑啊！洗澡上衞生間都很擠，窗户也拉的不順暢，體驗一般！
