Kaifeng Hotels with Gym

Very good stay at this hotel, the staff was very thoughtful, polite and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good also. The only bad comment is that we couldn’t decrease the room temperature so we were feeling very very hot all the time and apparently this is a recurrent problem. It needs to be sorted. Besides this, I would recommend the stay at this hotel.

I came to Kaifeng, Henan for a self-driving tour during the Spring Festival. I booked 2 rooms here and stayed for two nights. The hotel is located outside the city wall of the old city. Opposite is the Songcheng of Bianliang, which is convenient for eating! The hotel has a large ground parking lot🅿️. The hotel service is good and humane. The facilities are OK, but after all, they are a bit old. Compared with the price, it is cost-effective. The hotel's breakfast is good and rich. But there are many people during the New Year, and it is a bit crowded.

Accompanying my son to travel here, first of all, in terms of hardware, the room area is large enough, the bed is very comfortable; the hotel's lounge area is also very cozy and warm; the breakfast is very rich, with all kinds of snacks in Kaifeng, I really like it; secondly, the most important thing is the service. It is not enough to just say that they are considerate. On the day of check-in, they sent fruits, nuts and small dolls, and there was even Tremella soup when we returned to the room at night. We stayed for two days, and when we came back the next day, we were given fruits and Tremella soup again; when we checked out, they also sent a souvenir: a big bag of washed fruits. We were already very satisfied with the hotel's service. Who knew that we received a call from the hotel after checking out, and we found out that we had left something in the room. Niu Hongli from the hotel's quick service center not only helped us send the things to our hotel in Luoyang, but also paid for the shipping fee for us. I was very moved. I recommend friends who are going to Kaifeng to stay in Kaiyuan Mingdu and feel the enthusiasm and warmth of the people of Kaifeng.

This is my second time in Kaifeng. I have a good impression of the food, environment and culture here. The location of this hotel is OK. It is convenient to drive, take a taxi or ride to the scenic spots. It is also OK to go to some good breakfast shops and old restaurants. The check-in experience is very good. From the parking lot to the front desk to the floor waiters, they are all very polite and kind. It can also be felt that the hotel is operating with heart and providing software that exceeds the expectations of guests as much as possible. For example, the room includes Chinese medicine foot bath, a small tent in the room, children's toys, cartoon bed covers, and more soft drinks besides mineral water. These are enough to make up for some hardware deficiencies. In short, I am very sure of the operation and service of this hotel. I highly recommend it.

The location of the hotel is also very convenient to take a taxi from Shanghe Garden during the Qingming Festival. It is difficult to park by car during the Chinese New Year. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was comfortable, the hygiene and service were great. The front desk recommended that we upgrade to an executive room, which was quite spacious and had a glass cabin, which the children loved. The bathtub was large and nice to soak in, but I couldn't see the TV while soaking, as it was a bit reflective. The bathroom and toilet were both good. The breakfast selection was good and delicious. The Chinese restaurant didn't have too many types of food, but the taste was good. The overall style was very comfortable, with a great view. The location was convenient, and it was close to Qingming Riverside Park and Wuxia City.

Pretty central location within 15/20mins from two of the main foo streets/night market, 3mins from one of the lake and 20mins from the main temple. Rooms are surprise-less Ibis Styles and do the job well. Patient and helpful staff, including calling a didi (hail riding in China) to go to the North railway station (quite out of town).
