Kaifeng Hotels with Breakfast

Very good stay at this hotel, the staff was very thoughtful, polite and helpful at all times. Breakfast was good also. The only bad comment is that we couldn’t decrease the room temperature so we were feeling very very hot all the time and apparently this is a recurrent problem. It needs to be sorted. Besides this, I would recommend the stay at this hotel.

The hotel is not far from several major scenic spots and has its own parking lot. The breakfast next door is delicious, the bedding is clean and sanitary, and the facilities are a bit old, but the service at the front desk is very good. They upgraded our room for free, and it was very quiet to sleep. When we checked out, they also gave us Kaifeng specialty: peanut cake. Thank you for the hotel's thoughtfulness!

環境和設施：非常乾淨衞生。套房相當不錯，兩居室，都有洗手間，非常方便。兩張雙人大床，特別舒服，比家裡的床還舒服。洗漱用品齊全。電視都是聲控的。 服務：態度特別特別好。我們提前到了，也沒有讓我們等待。還幫我們升級了套房。走廊裏遇到打掃的阿姨也和我們問好。找不到餐廳也有工作人員指引。感覺到温馨舒服。 位置：想去清明上河園玩的，推薦住這裏，好近。門口是十字路口，過馬路就到了。直接到公園的端門。導航直接就過來，門口和地下都有停車場，十分方便。 餐飲：早餐十分豐盛，各種炒菜好多種。中式西式點心麪包，牛奶咖啡豆漿。 一直對維也納國際酒店印象很好。去其他城市也住過，對早餐印象深刻，這次入住開封體驗也非常好。父母對住宿衞生很在意，都是非常滿意的。

I came to Kaifeng, Henan for a self-driving tour during the Spring Festival. I booked 2 rooms here and stayed for two nights. The hotel is located outside the city wall of the old city. Opposite is the Songcheng of Bianliang, which is convenient for eating! The hotel has a large ground parking lot🅿️. The hotel service is good and humane. The facilities are OK, but after all, they are a bit old. Compared with the price, it is cost-effective. The hotel's breakfast is good and rich. But there are many people during the New Year, and it is a bit crowded.

This is a hotel that fully embodies the ”people-oriented” service concept. From the moment you enter the door, you are surrounded by warm care and moved by the enthusiastic service. After entering the room, you will find that it is bright and spacious with all facilities, including a cute welcome fruit plate. When you see the baby check in, they also send baby-specific toiletries. In the evening, there is also steaming hot water to help people fall asleep. The gelatinous Tremella and Lotus Seed Soup is gently served. In just 4 nights, all humanized needs, including but not limited to indoor clothes drying racks and seat enclosures, were met by the front desk, concierge desk and floor service staff. The breakfast is also amazing, with a wide variety of constantly updated, and I love the noodle area and yogurt area the most. This five-star hotel in Kaifeng, you came to the right place!!!

The hotel service is particularly good. Since I went there by train, I arrived at the hotel at around 6 o'clock in the morning. I thought I would not be able to get a room until noon. Unexpectedly, Mr. Li at the front desk saw that I brought the elderly with me and immediately arranged a room for me and upgraded it. I am particularly grateful🙏The hotel cleaning aunt, the room cleaning aunt, and the front desk service are all very, very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Water is also provided every day. When I left, I didn't want the bath towel I brought with me, but I forgot to tell the front desk, and the front desk even called me specially. The bedding is comfortable and the quality of the toiletries is also good. In short, everything is good. My mother said that the breakfast is also delicious👍I highly recommend this hotel when I come to Kaifeng. Oh, by the way, the transportation is also very convenient. The hotel's aromatherapy smells very good. I took a photo and prepared to go back to Taobao to buy it; it is worthy of being listed as a quasi-four-star hotel, genuine goods and fair prices👍

My husband and I took our wheelchair-bound mother to Kaifeng for a trip and stayed in this hotel for six days. Before we set off, we received a call from the hotel, saying that they had reserved a room for us. What touched me most was that it was already past 11 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel. The proprietress and the front desk waiter had been waiting for us. When they saw us get off the car, the proprietress and the girls at the front desk enthusiastically arranged and helped with the luggage. At the same time, a cup of hot tea was handed to us. Drinking a cup of hot tea and listening to the wonderful Henan accent made us feel warm in our hearts! The front desk quickly checked in, and soon we said goodnight! The hotel's breakfast was a familiar home-cooked meal, with sweet potatoes, pumpkins, fried dough sticks, buns, flower rolls, jujube cakes, steamed dumplings, eggs, fried noodles, a few stir-fried vegetables, a few cold dishes, wontons, milk, soy milk, and coffee. It was very comfortable to eat. The hotel room is fully equipped with a single bed and a double bed, which is just right for the three of us to sleep. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are sunny, and we sit in front of the window to drink tea, watching the busy streets with people coming and going, and experiencing the fireworks of the ancient capital of Kaifeng. The hotel staff is very good. If you have any needs, they are solved immediately with just a phone call. Whether it is the front desk, restaurant or room cleaning, the service staff always greets you with a smile and provides warm service, making us feel at home and as touched as if we had met family.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a total of 7 nights during this trip: 2 nights at Kaifeng Dichen, 2 nights at Luoyang Kaiyuan, 2 nights at Xi'an Bell Tower, and 1 night at Zhengzhou Longzi Lake. I feel that the price/performance ratio is very good, especially the location where land is at a premium. I bought a special coupon at the Xi'an Bell Tower store for only 300 yuan a night. Each store provides free breakfast for children. My baby is over 160cm tall. The Luoyang and Zhengzhou stores also upgraded to a 35-square-meter room. The facilities in the Kaifeng store are very new, the breakfast is rich, and the haggis soup is particularly delicious. It feels good to stay here, like it 👍

There is also a tea set in the hotel as a small surprise. You can sit on the floating table and have a cup of tea to watch the sunset. The bathroom and bed are generally pretty good, and there is an umbrella in the closet, which is considered to be a 4-star configuration. In addition, Lipton tea bags came with it. Fortunately, I brought my own tea and I would like to make a small suggestion. If you have a tea set, you need a tea bag.

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.
