Kaifeng Hotels with Bars

For some of the weekend, I took a train from Xi’an to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didn’t matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good.

Hotel is in the central, near market and tourist sites. kaifeng museum had moved to area near the high speed rail statio which is 20km+ from hotel. Love the basic luxurious hotel room, cleanliness and comfort.

After checking in, the service staff provided enthusiastic service and gave me souvenirs. The room was quite large and free parking was available. I was very satisfied at first, but then I found that there was no hot water in the sink, so I had to use cold water to wash up. I was sleeping soundly at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, and I was woken up by the phone ringing, saying that the water delivery had been sent to the wrong room. I originally wanted to give a 5-star review, but I couldn't give it on these two points. The breakfast was also very average. There was no freshly ground coffee, which was also disappointing. Hotels at this price will have it.

Excellent place to live. Hotel staff especially at Reception are of superb caliber, professional, lovely attitude as well as respectful. The whole experience is worth for money and time.

Environment: The environment is good, the night is quite quiet, you can rest well, and the breakfast room is not bad. It is really worry-free in winter. But...the hotel has many details that are still problematic, such as: 1. There are no brand names in the breakfast room before many dishes. It's like a soy milk brand between milk and soy milk... At least I looked for milk everywhere and licked the brand for a long time. The smart voice system in the house we live in is running away... This is really important for young people. If you explain it in advance when checking-in, you don't really mind too much. But the guest looked for the front desk. It seems that the front desk did not know that the room was smart and small. The feedback was given to the front desk at night. The front desk responded that the room department would take one for a while... But a few minutes later, the room staff came empty-handed and said that it was broken. The factory (Several departments have broken the machine, It seems that there is no communication, communication and coordination) When checking out, the front desk asked for feedback. I said that the smart thing was small. The man in the gray suit at the front desk asked: ”Is it not easy to use or not at all? It seems that there is a machine in a room back to the factory” (seems to have a room...) what seems? There is a room? Uncertain tone, I don't know the room number (as the equipment defect of the leading hotel, the service is not in place!)...

The room is very warm, the boss is very nice, the bedding is clean and tidy, the pillows are very comfortable, the hot water temperature in the bathroom is just right, the amount of water is sufficient, the hair dryer works well, the basin and other toiletries are very clean, there is a coffee shop downstairs, I drank a cup of coffee , tastes good! The coffee shop is small but tastefully decorated! The surrounding transportation is very convenient, and the night market is right outside the door. I will choose this restaurant again in the future, it is worth recommending!
