Ms. Fatma was very caring and helpful. The staff were friendly and very understanding. I was very pleased with my stay there. They definitely deserve 5 stars. Fatma Hanım çok ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Personel güler yüzlü ve oldukça anlayışlıydı. Orada kaldığım süreden çok memnun kaldım. 5 yıldızı kesinlikle hak ediyorlar

Odalar, üzerinde yeni sigara söndürülmüş küllük gibi pis kokuyor. İlk ayarlanan odanın camı gevşek olduğu için oda buz gibiydi. Değiştirme talebinde bulunduk. Nispeten daha sıcak bir odaya geçtik. Fakat tavsiye edilmez. Fiyat-performans uyumsuzluğu var.

Ben bu kadar harika bir yer beklemiyordum.tam bir butik otel .nezih temiz harika bir yer.hele kahvaltısı mükemmel .K.Maraş’ta kalacağım tek yer bundan sonra Kentpark exculisive hotel.inanın daha önce kaldığım yerlere verdiğim paralara acıdım.

Konumu itibariyle çok güzel bir butik otel. Aile ortamını hemen hissediyorsunuz. Çalışanlar çok ilğili ve güleryüzlü. Fiyat performansıda çok başarılı. Temizlik yönünden de çok beğendik kahvaltıda tam not aldı. Gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye ederim.
