Bonjour , Les installations et le service correspondaient à nos attentes . Nous aurions apprécié d'avoir une chambre avec vue sur la mer ,la montagne , la piscine ou les jardins quitte à payer un peu plus, venant de France pour admirer la beauté des paysages . Nous avons eu une chambre (53)qui donnait d'un coté sur la rue (avec une petite terrasse ) et de l'autre sur le parking ! Nous n'aurions pas relevé pour une nuit mais nous en avons passés 6... Nous sommes donc très déçus par l'apport de TRIP sur cette réservation , la prochaine fois nous nous adresserons directement à l'hôtel . Cdt

Great location on the island making seeing the island very convenient. Extremely quiet making you feel like you were at home. Room floors need to be updated is the only negative. Customer service was quick and friendly.

It was clean and had a beautiful view. It was also centrally located, so that was convenient. Other than that it was average at best. Parking was difficult. They should paint lines and assign spots because people end up taking 2 spots, then there isn’t enough room for everyone to park. The hotel doesn’t seem to care about that one bit. Asked for extra towels and it was kind of a hassle. They ended up giving us one extra towel. Not sure what the big deal was? Anyway, it was an affordable option and clean. Good enough for sleeping and showering, which is all that really matters. The front desk clerks were nice-ish, not rude or anything, but this hotel doesn’t go above and beyond for their guests.

Truly a hidden gem If you’ve had it with corporate money grab hotels in Waikiki, a mad dash for deck chairs, long lines, and overpriced rentals, this one is for you. Beautiful peaceful setting, calm waters, low key, modest footprint with complementary activities and a very friendly and attentive small staff. This is what Aloha feels like. I will definitely be back soon.

Not recommended for hygiene-conscious people The room is dimly lit, the air conditioner is old, and the shower curtain is installed incorrectly, causing the floor to get completely soaked when taking a shower. There are no amenities in the room — not even tissue paper or slippers — so you have to bring your own. The bed is too soft, and I woke up the next day with aches all over my body. Check-in takes a very long time.

Genuine Paradise I am almost hesitant to say just how fantastic a place this is to stay because I don't want it to become so popular that I can't get a reservation again! This is BY FAR the best place I've ever stayed on O'ahu and truly a Paradise of oldschool Hawaiian style in modern comfort. The vibe is on point, the people are laid back while providing excellent service and the resort is just perfect for us. I cannot wait to come back!
