The location is an 8-10 minute walk from Tenmonkan, and a 6 minute walk from the nearest tram. It was a larger hotel than I thought, and there were two restaurants on the first floor, but I didn't use them. The large bath on the 4th floor was so charming! It was nice to be able to use the bath and sauna without having to get water in the room! However, compared to the splendor seen from the first floor and the fact that I was able to use a very large room for the price, there were some disappointing points, such as some stains on the wallpaper and the coffee pot being old and rusty. Still, it was good value for money!

We stayed in two twin rooms and one single room for five people.
We had reserved a non-smoking room, but the two twin rooms turned out to be smoking rooms.
The reservation completion page definitely said non-smoking, but when we checked with the front desk, they said we had reserved a smoking room.
In the end, they didn't change our room and tried to cover it up with deodorant, but
since it's a pretty old hotel, the smell didn't go away at all and it was quite unpleasant.
There was a lot of mold on the shower curtain and it didn't feel very clean.
For some reason, the large public bath was only for men,
and there was a rock sauna instead for women, but it was tough not to be able to take a bath after the rock sauna.
I guess they wanted us to take a bath in our room...
It was by reservation, so we ended up not taking a bath.
The old men who were parking attendants were very kind and soothing.
The location was great, but I don't think I'll stay again.
