service is good, but the room tiolet is so terriable worst, tiolet bowl so dirty, no clean at all, stain around the tiolet bowl inside, so dirty at all.

The location of the hotel is very good. The room was clean and big enough for 2 people

Friendly staff, they helped a lot if you can speak japanese. Close to train and bus stops. Have many restaurants and convenience stores in walkable distance. With their own carparks.

There has air conditioner which was cool enough , good! only the drawback is some far away to take 20 minutes to JR station but very near the walking street. Bath room a bit of narrow. Appreciated even though medium size hotel but it has car packing lot itself ( located on the hotel's back street with staff to assist you ), so great indeed !

Hotel is at a convenient location. Hotel car parking is 1100 yen per day but only for vehicles with height less than 1.55m.

The hotel is a short distance from the Shinkansen station,( trolley stop N11). Take the trolley to N8 . The breakfast was very good and the burgers are great for lunch. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Waki, who was a great help for me applying for a visa.

Good location. Typical small but neat rooms. Triple room served our family well.

The location is right in the planetarium business district, with many restaurants and shopping options. There is also a convenience store next to it. It is not far from the central train station, and there are many buses. It only takes more than 10 minutes to walk! The room is a bit small, but Japanese chain hotels are like this. I can accept it. I will stay here again next time.

The decoration is relatively new, the rooms are cleaned every day, the facilities are sufficient for one person, and each floor is equipped with a microwave for self-service. Of course, the most important thing is: cheap is the hard truth👍

I only stayed overnight, but I was satisfied since I only needed to sleep. It's located in an area with good access to Tenmonkan, so I didn't have any trouble finding food. It was convenient that there was a convenience store next door.
