I stayed here on my way back from a trip to Yakushima.
The reception was polite and the room was clean. You can come and go as you like 24 hours a day, and it has a relaxed atmosphere.
You can hear the voices of travelers next door, but I think it's fine as long as you keep quiet at night.
I didn't use the shower, but the toilet was clean.
It's conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Kagoshima Chuo Station.
There was a public bath within a 20-minute walk, so I used that.

Located next to Kagoshima Chuo Station, trains, electricity, and buses are all within easy reach. The hotel has male bed rooms, female bed rooms and private rooms to choose from. Even after eating and drinking until midnight at Tenmonkan, I was able to walk back to the inn feeling drunk.
