The first stop of our 10-day trip to Kyushu was this B&B. It takes about 6 minutes to walk from the JR train station to the B&B. There is a supermarket on the road where you can purchase some ingredients for simple cooking in the room. The host also thoughtfully prepared pots and pans. Dishes, etc., gave us the feeling of going home during the trip. The room was also very clean, and there was a washing machine for drying, but the slippers were a bit old. I will choose this B&B next time I come to Kagoshima. In addition, for self-service check-in at the door, you need to send an email to the landlord before checking in. Although it feels a bit complicated at first, it is quite convenient after the operation, at least you can communicate without using language.

5mins to Kagoshima-Chuo Station and nearby supermarkets. I was assigned a room on the second floor, but there was no elevator and I had to take the stairs with my luggage to the second floor. The room was large, with a mini kitchen and various tableware. The cleanliness was generally ideal, but there was obvious dust accumulation on the air conditioner. The hotel has sent self-check-in reminders via email in advance, so the process of self-check-in was smooth.

Close to JR station, convenient for traveling and shopping. It is relatively spacious for a trip of three, with microwave, washing machine, refrigerator and kitchen facilities, so you can have a quiet rest. It is a good choice!

The service level is not up to standard. Although it is a self-service B&B apartment, the procedures such as informing the booking guests one week in advance to pay attention to the email address to receive the login password and other procedures should be in place. However, the management failed to fulfill its obligation to inform in advance. It only sent out an email related to the entrance password one day before check-in. However, the guest was already traveling in Japan and it was difficult to receive the email. As a result, he found that he could not enter the door when he checked in. I only saw the email after rummaging through it. The check-in experience was very poor. The assistance and response from Ctrip customers are timely and efficient. What must be criticized is the apartment management’s practices and concepts!

It takes less than 10 minutes on foot from Kagoshima Chuo Station. The location is very good. The room was clean. I was staying with a baby, but I was worried about the hotel if I was crying at night, but it was a one-room room, so I was able to spend a comfortable time without worrying about it! It was very helpful to have a washing machine, refrigerator and microwave in the room. I will repeat again ^ ^
