Booked 1 night stay in Volcano was great.
Room have everything you want for stay.
Bed is wide big enough for 3 people stay.
There was no reception, you have to do self check-in/out at first floor.

nice room with big beds. good facilities. we did laundry there. close to the harbour so you can visit sakurajima and the aquarium easily.

Room was fairly dusty and old. We booked Sakurajima view room but the view was blocked by a new building in construction :(

公寓位置極佳，位於本島線鹿兒島站（非JR鹿兒島中央站）對面，櫻島港碼頭和海洋動物園近在咫尺，可以很清晰的看到櫻島火山。交通出行簡直不要太方便。房間面積很大，裝修佈置具備特有的日式精緻，相當簡潔乾淨。空調、冰箱、洗衣機，廚具齊全，三個大人加兩個娃住了四天三晚，很便捷舒適，強烈推薦。更幸運的是，離開前一晚，有幸看到了在櫻島港舉行的盂蘭盆節花火大會，當地人盛裝出席，傾城而至，相當熱鬧有氛圍。

這次鹿兒島駅的「火山」公寓式酒店住宿空間很大，設備齊全很好👍天台可以看到櫻島景觀很美麗！性價比很高的住宿體驗💗（可惜沒有lift🥹要扛行李🧳）而且地點很方便，同時很寧靜舒適的住宅區，很近公園和海濱可以散步很開心😆附近有電車沿線又有去櫻島的碼頭💗這次美中不足的是天氣，梅雨季一星期的雨水🌧️有點掃興很可惜，下次有機會去鹿兒島會想再入住😆

房東沒有把大門密碼給我，在門口等了一個小時才能進去，找客服幫忙也沒用，最後剛好有其他住客進入才能入住。隔音很差，整晚都有列車經過的聲音。

這酒店真的要好好説 地理位置確實不錯 在鹿兒島站台不是鹿兒島中央站 距離是有一些的 抵達後打車3000日元從中央車站 酒店是無人自助服務 可以説 全程自助 預訂酒店時就通知要提前辦理入住 提供二維碼入住 到現場竟然門口設有密碼 為什麼辦理二維碼登記後不提供 當晚抵達還要撥打電話所要 最要命服務人員全程説英文 給你密碼時對我説日文 到底讓住不讓住 還在懂一丟丟日文 房間內部設備還算全 就是民宿感覺 不像公寓酒店

ダブルベッドが3個とシングルベッドが1個ありゆったり寝れました。チェックイン時にタブレットが作動しないというトラブルがありましたが、電話で問い合わせたらすぐに対応していただけたので良かったです。
