Perfect for family with young kid. The apartment was nicely sized with a sufficient kitchen. We were able to cook a dinner there. If you would like to do laundry there was washer and rack for drying laundries.

初めて利用しましたが、普通の家感覚で一般的な旅館、ホテルとはまた違って、落ち着けるというか、ゆったり過ごせました。鹿児島国体の開会式を観るために来たのですが、他のホテル等は空きがなく、タイミングよくここが見つかり本当に助かりました。

受付の方もとても良かったです。 受付を通らずチェックインする事もできるみたいです。 駐車場も隣にあって利用しやすかったです。 無料でした。 お部屋は長期滞在もできる感じで キッチンもついてますし、冷蔵庫、洗濯機もありました。お風呂はシャワーのみでした。 歯ブラシやタオルもついてました。 全体的にとても綺麗でした。 近くにコンビニもありご飯も食べるところもありました。 駅も近いです。 チェックアウトも簡単でした。 ゴミは分別して、下で捨てるシステムでした。 また利用したいと思いました。

家族で2泊、畳がある部屋(和洋室)を利用させてもらいました。 子供が9か月と小さく、ハイハイやつかまり立ちが盛んで普通のベットだけのホテルは動き回れないのが可哀想なのと、寝る時は布団でないと転落が怖かったので畳のある部屋を探していたところイコットさんを見つけました。 家具や家電がそろってるので家にいる感覚でとてもくつろげました。子供も動き回れる広さがありすごく良かったです。 そして、すごくキレイでした。 チェックイン時は渋滞に巻き込まれ時間に間に合わなかったのですが、電話で丁寧に手続き説明して頂きスタッフさんの対応もすごく丁寧でした。 是非、また利用したいです。

とてもキレイで、対応もとても丁寧で、セキュリティーも万全でした 家具が充実していて、旅行だけど、洗濯して干したり、アイロンかけられたりするので、帰ってからがとても楽でした 近くにスーパーとスタバがあるのもいいと思います 次の日の朝ごはんや飲み物を買えました 長期で利用するのも便利なホテルだと思います １泊でしたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました 鹿児島に行った時は、また利用したいと思うような素敵なホテルでした

とてもキレイで、快適に過ごせました。使用した食器について、片付けがどうすれば良いか？わからず洗ってそのままにして帰ってしまいました。ゴミも、ゴミステーションへ出して帰りましたが、汚物入れもするべきだったのか？と、帰宅後気づきました。中途半端で、すみません。また利用したいです。
