I arrived after usual checkin hours but called ahead and staff was kind to put the instructions on the door for me. Comfortable for my stay.

It’s only a 6-minute walk from Kagoshimachuo Station! I stayed in the Tatami Room which can be relatively small for people with big luggages. Like other hostels, the toilets, shower rooms, and common space are shared among the floor. However, I do find the shower area a little small. Many of us wouldn’t enter the shower area if somebody was using the sink because the sink was right in front of one shower cubicle HAHAHA. And yes, there’s only one sink in the common shower area. I would recommend this place if you are doing a short stay in Kagoshima because there’s lots of shops and restaurants around the area! By the way, it’s located along the same lane as the famous “tonkatsu kawakyu とんかつ川久”. Please try it because it’s the best tonkatsu I’ve ever eaten!

At the time when the hotels I was staying at during the National Athletic Meet were all expensive and empty, there was a vacancy and I decided to use it. I arrived at the site on an early morning flight, so I wasn't sure what to do with my luggage, but they were able to store it with me, which was very helpful. The room was a shared Japanese-style room for women only, but there were proper partitions and a safe for valuables, so I felt safe using it. thank you very much.

It is a Japanese-style tatami with three floors. You can check in without frequent contact with the dormitory manager, which is very convenient. Once you check in, you will get a free drink coupon for the cafe downstairs, which is quite nice. I will stay there again if I go there next time.

Very clean, great atmosphere; The first floor is a coffee shop, the second floor is a mixed dormitory, and the third floor is a female-only dormitory with complete facilities (kitchenette, laundry room) and relatively large rooms. And it’s only a 5-minute walk from JR Kagoshima, which is very convenient. But please pay attention to the CHECK IN time. Because it is not a hotel but a B&B, the staff will only stay until 7pm. Check-in must be within a time slot available.

The transportation is convenient, the facilities are very new and comfortable, and the tonkatsu restaurant not far next door lives up to its reputation and is very delicious! Thanks to the clerk for helping to store luggage and arrange rooms in advance. It's a pity that this trip was quite rushed, and I couldn't use the free afternoon tea coupon specially given by the clerk (a cup of black tea or coffee is free). I will definitely go again if I have the opportunity.
