星野酒店一向有保證，
所以就選擇「界」，
在預訂時網上寫有送迎服務，
所以安心訂購，
可惜那天到車站查詢才得知酒店沒有送迎服務，要自行乘坐公交車前往，有點失望。
酒店溫泉比較小，室外3-4人已有點擠！
餐廳晚餐服務一般，味道可以，等候時間較久！早餐一般，沒太大驚喜！

喜歡泡温泉的話應該是很不錯的選擇吧，酒店各方面都不錯，服務非常好，酒店硬件也不錯，酒店有自己的温泉，門外有個明治時期的温泉好像挺厲害的對酒店客人是免費的，房價含早晚餐，品質很好，連着住兩天感覺第二頓吃撐了，如果不喜歡泡温泉的話就適合體驗一下日式的旅館，我們不喜歡泡，住兩晚感覺無所事事😂😂😂

The quality of the hot spring water, the comfort of the bed, the coziness of the room and veranda, the range of services provided, the staff's response, the decor of the facility, and the events – everything was top-notch. It's the perfect getaway for a couple! We definitely want to stay at Hoshino Resort again!

The location of the hotel is not very good surrounded by high rise buildings. Not very charming. The hotel and the rooms are very old, the view of our room was on the parking lot and we have booked private onsen in our room but it’s very different from what we have seen in the hotel website. Very small tab with no view and not surrounded by nature. The food is average no western breakfast and the hotel is very inflexible about the dinner and breakfast time (breakfast at 7:30 )

Such a beautiful boutique hotel and great experience. You truly feel pampered when there. We loved that it had a boutique feeling. -Breakfasts were delicious and beautiful. Hot spring experience was spectacular.

金継ぎ体験の不当表示、虚言を吐いたりマニュアル以外対応の出来ないスタッフの居るホスピタリティの欠片も感じられないホテル。 ・ホームページ冒頭に出てくる金継ぎ体験は何故か事前予約が出来ず、先着順である為にチェックイン可能時間15時少し前に到着も定員に達したとの事で受付不可。枠を空けられるかもと期待を持たせるも結果は不可。宿泊者キャパは100名以上だと思われるが、対して金継ぎ体験の定員は6名と不可能に近いのでホームページの掲載は止めるべき。結果、大事な旅行の日程を空けチェックインするも何もする事無し。 ・同じくホームページ冒頭に出てくる加賀獅子舞の時間は21時45分からの15分。私達の夕食時間は宿指定の19時30分からも、終えたのは22時で結果見られず。途中、スタッフにこちらから伝えて途中退席すべきだったのでしょうか？ ・夕食途中、後半に給仕下さった男性スタッフから金継ぎ体験不備のお詫びの言葉を頂戴し、夕食締めデザートにて、一口のジュースをサービスしてもらい、翌日の朝食でも再度サービスをさせて欲しいとの言葉を頂戴するも朝食時には何も無し。 マニュアルとしてでしょうが、食事時間やチェックアウト時など、スタッフに記念撮影の声掛けをしてもらいましたが、上記体験からどのような記念になるのか？10万越えの費用を費やしながらドブに捨てた記念なのか？撮影の声掛けは出来るが、降雪している中でも車に荷物を運ぶ手伝いも出来ない。夕食時に一杯目に頼んでいた紫蘇ジュースが終わりまで半分残していたにも関わらず、お詫びとして再度紫蘇ジュースを出してきた気遣いの無さに呆れを通り越して失笑。星のや富士が良かっただけにサービスの至らなさに大変ショックでした。星野リゾート青森屋や星のや軽井沢にも行こうと考えておりましたが止める事にしました。ありがとうございました。

家族３人で界を利用させていただきましたが、出迎えからのスタッフの接客対応の素晴らしさと、夕食時の娘の誕生日サプライズには感動いたしました！ スタッフの皆さま方の温かい心遣い、そしてプロ意識に感謝いたします。 全国にある星野リゾート界を全て回れるように一生懸命仕事を頑張っていきたいと思います。 特別懐石料理や温泉、獅子舞も見事でした！ありがとうございます。どうぞ皆さま、お身体にお気をつけてください。

山中温泉が好きでよく行っていたのですが山代温泉に界がある事を知り今回行ってみました。 山中はどちらかと言うと落ち着いた場所に対して山代温泉は以前は大宴会をメインとした温泉地で大型宿泊施設が多いが、企業の大宴会がなくなって辞めていく温泉施設の山代だったみたい。 界加賀は有形文化財のフロント棟が温泉地に赴きを出していてとても良かった。 若いスタッフさんが多いですがとても笑顔とおもてなしが良くまた、若手スタッフさんかな？一生懸命な対応も頑張っている感で楽しかったです。 ご当地楽も初めての獅子舞の迫力が驚きと感動！相方は怖かったみたい笑 外気温が高かったけど、お風呂も内湯は少しぬるめでエアコンも入っててゆっくりと入れましたよ。 夕食も美味しいし、相方に苦手食材がある事に星野リゾート界のおもてなしと、担当スタッフさんの心遣いで対処していただき感謝してます。 今回は対応できたのでって事ですが諦めていただけに嬉しかった。 夫婦揃って益々 界 が好きになってしまいましたよ 良い旅のお手伝いを感謝します。
