You shouldn't think of star resorts as first class...don't expect that. Even if the previous inn or hotel was first class, the service industry is run by people. It's impossible to properly train such a large staff. I don't think there is anyone to train them. Everything is manual. I think that's why the price is less than 40,000 yen. However, it's outrageous if the management thinks it's first class. It's a business model of someone who studied in America. It's bearable if you think that you're staying at the previous facility. In any case, don't get your hopes up.

The guest capacity is thought to be over 100 people, but the capacity for the Kintsugi experience is only 6 people, which is nearly impossible, so the website should be stopped. As a result, I checked in after leaving an important trip date, but there was nothing to do.・The time for the Kaga Lion Dance, which is also shown at the beginning of the homepage, is 15 minutes starting at 9:45 p.m. Our dinner time was from 7:30 pm as specified by the hotel, but we finished at 10:00 pm and couldn't see the result. Even though I had half of the shiso juice I had ordered for the first glass of dinner left by the end, I was beyond shocked at the lack of consideration when they offered me another glass of shiso juice as an apology, causing me to laugh.
