Not the best Marriott I had ever visited. Booked because of the pyramid view. Room is spacious but a little old, service at the buffet is so-so (restaurant staff started eating buffet food 30 mins before closing - which was weird to looks we were still dining in), room service menu choices are limited (basically the same as in the restaurant with lesser options).

All the staff of the hotel were VERY friendly, courteous, willing to help at all time, making the stay a VERY comfortable one. The stay was MORE than just comfortable.

🗿Hotel style: solemn and grand 🖐Facilities: quite good, relatively new, newer than other reviews say, I thought it was very old and didn't expect much 🙆Decoration style: old-fashioned, traditional and classic 💁Service: very professional and high-end, very impressive, and at the level of receiving foreign guests 🖐: 139 Restaurant, especially the waiter Sayed, he and the manager asked us if the food was delicious, I answered truthfully that the barbecue was average, and they immediately helped to refund the most expensive dish in the venue. We could actually pay, and the dish was more than 100 yuan in RMB. But they insisted on not accepting it. The experience was really good. Highly recommended, and I went to have breakfast again in the morning. The whole process felt great. More than 4,300 is expensive, not expensive or expensive. It's worth it to see the experience. I like the decorative paintings inside.

It's okay to come in and have breakfast and see the pyramids. It's a hotel with a sense of history. If you are interested, you can come. If you want to experience other things, I don't recommend staying here

You can see the pyramids anytime and anywhere. Friends who like the pyramids are worth staying. The sanitation needs to be improved. There is a lot of dust on the floor of the room and the sofas and chairs in the restaurant are dirty.

We stayed here to experience the place where the Cairo Declaration was signed. For those of us who don't compromise, the hotel is really not something we are used to. It's like going back to Shanghai before the liberation. The world inside and outside the wall is very different. Egyptians inside the wall feel that they are superior to their compatriots outside the wall. Especially the several security checks + the guards checking driver's licenses with dogs, which really reminds people of the scene in the documentary of the Indians checking rickshaws. The room itself is just so-so, and all the attentive services are expected to tip. However, the above are all subjective evaluations, and objectively all the items are still good.

The hotel offers a view of the pyramids during breakfast, so you don't need to book a room with a view. The price/performance ratio is average, probably because it was during the Easter peak season. The rooms are just average, similar to domestic 4-star hotels.

When I went to Cairo to stay, I chose the Marriott Mena Palace without hesitation. This place has been planted in my heart for a long time. This is the place where Chiang Kai-shek, Churchill, and Roosevelt signed the Cairo Declaration. It was Chiang Kai-shek who brought Soong Meiling all the way here on a military plane. It was the first stop China made in the world after World War II. That photo of the Big Three taking a group photo should be seen by every Chinese in history textbooks. So I chose this hotel without hesitation. Security is very good. Every time you enter the hotel gate, there will be police and police dogs walking around the car. Because it is very close to the pyramids, there are many tourists visiting the pyramids, and all kinds of Egyptian scammers gather here, but I feel very safe in the hotel. This hotel is very large, with beautiful gardens, a beautiful swimming pool, and the breakfast room can face the pyramid. There are many choices for breakfast, but the Arabic food here is really not what we are used to. But the beautiful scenery here, whether it's the sunrise or the beautiful sunset of the fire clouds, is so fascinating, and the service is very good. It is cleaned very clean every day. Although the furniture is relatively old, neither the building nor the weather are good. , but everything is so flavorful.

The best hotel near the pyramids, it is expensive, the facilities are not up to par, the room is a bit old, and the shower is in the bathtub, but this is a common problem of Egyptian hotels. The breakfast is good, the seats outside the pyramids are basically full, and the breakfast room is the most beautiful. In fact, you can stay in the B&B next door, and coming here for breakfast is also a good choice.

I specially booked this place to have breakfast and see the pyramids. The scenery is beautiful and the photos are great. The dinner in the buffet restaurant is average and a bit expensive compared to local consumption.

Five-star hotel, five-star experience. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the north gate of the Giza Pyramids Scenic Area, which is very convenient to the scenic area. You can take a photo of the pyramids in the hotel restaurant. Highly recommended!
