Lovely & extremely comfortable hotel located near the pyramids and also the brand New Grand museum. Breakfast and WiFi was superb too.
Service by Malek and her team was excellent.
Had problem with my Uber app and Malek was on hand to help book an uber for me.
Will definitely recommend and stay with them again given the opportunity.
Oh yes, breakfast was complete and healthy. The coffee was very nicely done too.
Kudos to the team.
The owners, Amrak and his wife Ruza and baby Emir were delightful and courteous.
Both of us felt extremely welcome.

The view of the pyramids was absolutely breathtaking!
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and helpful.

We reserved this hotel because we wanted a room with pyramids view. When we arrived they told us the room we reserved had big plumbering problems and could not be possible to get that room for the first night. But for the second night they told us a new excuse and we couldn't sleep in the reserved room.

酒店就能看到金字塔，離南門很近走路可到達，環境乾淨衞生，服務員態度非常好，還幫忙提行李，逛完金字塔再回來吃早餐正好，很值得推薦，旁邊還有很大的家樂福超市

入り口が分からず困惑しましたが、施設の方が案内してくださいました。ピラミッドビューの部屋を予約しましたが、ピラミッドが見える部屋ではありませんでした。ベランダで写真を撮ってくれたり、ホテルの方は皆明るく接客してくれました。色々と気にかけてくださった点はよかったです。

這家旅店有點點難找，根據導航進到那條巷子後，可以看到酒店的名字的牌子，進去有變那棟大樓走到裏面右轉就有電梯了，坐最右邊的電梯上到5樓，然後還要爬一層樓樓梯才到。
店員人都蠻好的，很有禮貌，會主動幫忙提行李上樓梯。
酒店裡可以點餐，但是不好吃還蠻貴。並且吃什麼喝什麼之前，最好都先問問是不是免費的。因為有時候我們在中國很習慣免費的東西，他們那邊都是收費的。比如酒店不會補新的礦泉水，後面再要的礦泉水是要收費的，而且酒店裡賣得很貴。
我們入住那天很早到了，店員人很好，讓我們在外面坐着等，上一個客人走了，就馬上搞清潔讓我們住進去了。
不過我們住的那個房間，熱水器壞了，反饋之後，給我們開了別的房間，讓我們去洗澡，響應很迅速，態度很好。第二晚來給我們修好了熱水器。
同時，我也看到了別的房間的房型，感覺都比較小，特別是雙床房，比較擠。不過蠻乾淨的。
另外房間裏面沒有抽紙，衹有衞生間有捲紙，記得帶紙！衞生間是乾濕分離的，設計的很不錯。
床品的話，感覺還算乾淨，不過也發現有一點污漬，是可以接受的。
房間裏還有冰箱，製冷效果不錯。空調的製冷也很好。外面有馬路，白天有點吵，但也是能接受的範圍。另外我們這個房間是可以看到金字塔的，所以還不錯。酒店還有個大露台可以看金字塔，就是前面有施工，吊機有點擋住視線。
總而言之，酒店還不錯，性價比很高，如果要住在金字塔附近，預算不多的話是推薦住這個的。
