The Maria pyramids house is walking distance to go to the pyramids north entrance. You can see the pyramids directly from the room window or rooftop. The breakfast is delicious and services are good. The staffs are very friendly. Recommend the place for stay in Giza.

I had a very lovely stay in room 303 where I could see the pyramids right from my window. Room is bright and clean, but it is the service that really stood out. The staff went above annd beyond and even gave me a ride when I had trouble finding a taxi. Breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic with the view and it was so big that I had to skip lunch. Highly recommend and thank you everyone at Maria who gave me a warm welcome to Egypt. Forgot to say, it’s a 10-min walk to the pyramids. The only improvement I would suggest is the water pressure in shower.

Maria Pyramids House is an excellent small hotel right at the northern edge of the Pyramids. The staff, especially Mohammed, was very helpful and accommodating, and we had romantic private breakfasts and dinners on the rooftop while overlooking the pyramids! The room was very nicely furnished, with a small fridge and big bathroom. The only complaint was that the shower lacked water pressure and wasn't particularly hot. Right in front of the hotel and up the hill is the entrance to the Pyramids. Excellent location! Overall, I highly recommend Maria Pyramids House.

A good place to stay near the pyramids with privileged views. The staff was very friendly and helpful (thanks Ahme and Muhamed). The breakfast on the rooftop was great, repetitive, but pleasant. The rooms were well-kept and clean. Don't expect a typical European hotel; you're in Egypt. It's located on the third floor, in the hotel district, which is quite marginal. The only downside is thinking it has a pool, which it doesn't. It's in the hotel across the street, and they asked us for $10 per person per day to use it. We thought it was a joke... Highly recommended for visiting the pyramids and the great Egyptian Museum, for a couple of nights, no more. The neighborhood is awful.
