This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We booked two rooms in advance for a group trip, but upon arrival, we were suddenly informed that our rooms were “not available” due to a so-called issue. Instead, the staff arranged to move us to a different hotel.
What deeply shocked us was that shortly after we were turned away, a group of white guests was allowed to check in with no issue. The explanation given was that they had previously checked in, but we strongly suspect racial discrimination, as our group of Asian travelers was treated completely differently.
We were forced to leave the property in the middle of the night and move to a substitute hotel with much lower standards—dirty bedding, poor soundproofing, loud air conditioning, and an overall uncomfortable and unhygienic environment. It was difficult to sleep, and one of us even had nightmares from the stress and noise.
Although the hotel eventually apologized and helped booked another hotel, but the quality is totally like staying in hell and the whole process in unacceptable , they took no real responsibility for the ordeal they caused—no support, no coverage of the additional costs we had to bear, and no compensation for the disruption and distress we experienced.
This was not just a service failure—it was unprofessional, disrespectful, and felt discriminatory. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially travelers from diverse backgrounds.
很誇張的飯店,會超賣房間並且挑客人,把客人通通送到低等的破舊旅社去,Google reviews 上有超級多負評,幾乎每天都有人被這樣糟蹋,他們絕對會下地獄!他們的神不會原諒他們的!
