We took 1 night because we arrived 1 day before the group, so we booked another hotel for that additional night. We arrived at 4:30 AM and were able to check in quickly (5 minutes); they even gave us a bottle of water and helped us take our luggage upstairs, which was great! We slept well; despite being a simple room, it was very comforting. The shower pressure isn't the best, but it was hot, so that was okay. Breakfast was nothing special. It wasn't a buffet, so we received a ready-made plate with what they selected for us (it would be a problem if we had restrictions) and the coffee was instant, not filtered or from a machine (which we didn't like). I think the biggest negative point is that the Wi-Fi is very bad, worse than 5G, which is surprisingly extremely bad too.

The Rooms Big and Spacious. Room service very good quality and Gorgeous Terrace on the last floor. Only very few people can speak any English especially at the reception center.location of the hotel position in the quiet tranquil Street near Giza. Price in trip.com double than the one on ***********..?!

Value for money
Part of a longer trip. One night stay. Great value for money, budget hotel but very close to Giza pyramids. Transfer only included for more than one night bookings. Friendly helpful staff.

The staff was wonderful at helping me with directions and addressing problems that arose. Unfortunately, the hotel needs some attention to maintenance issues, bathtub backing up onto floor, toilet only flushing sometimes, door handle falling off, bed breaking when I sat on it, and deleting my conversation with them regarding a change in flight time for airport pick up, and then not picking up at all. Location was convenient. Patio was a wonderful place to relax in mornings and evenings.

The team, led by brother Amiri were superb. The tour packages (including a 3 day trip to Luxor) were well planned. Breakfast was plentiful and served on the roof terrace which overlooked the Pyramids. We would well recommend this hotel. Debbie & Abdul
