When we came in the hotel, the guy took our luggage to our room and waited for a tip. The breakfast on the first day was terrible. We had to wait till 07:00 to start with the breakfast eventhough there were other people who started 1 hour earlier. There was no hot water in the shower. The reception was okay. The view was very good.

The location is great as our main attraction was the Great pyramids of Giza. The view is beautiful from the rooftop restaurant and pool. The service was amazing. The workers were very accommodating and made sure our needs were always met. Breakfast was average, there could be more of a variety. Lunch and dinner options were quite tasty.

WOW WOW WOW, is all I can say about this hotel, I loved my whole experience, check in is 24 hours and we arrived at 4:30am and was greeted by happy staff who were very welcoming.
The pool is warm and open 24/7 it’s on the roof where there is a manned restaurant which is also 24/7 and the staff couldn’t have made us feel more welcome.
We watched the pyramids at sunrise from the rooftop bar, the photos of the view don’t do it justice.
Towels are provided at the pool.
Also Hassan provides a great Massage by the pool.
It was my sons 30th birthday and all the staff knew and stopped him to wish him a great day.
They even made a massive cake and all the staff came and sang happy birthday.
Everyone made sure our every wim was catered for.
The rooms where massive and exceptionally clean.
Its also close to a selection of shops and supermarkets.
I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this hotel.
I can’t wait to go back in January.

For the price the room itself was ok and more or less clean. Can‘t say that about other parts of the hotel. The elevator had such a strong bad smell I nearly vomited. And taking the stairs wasn’t an option as they were under construction, as nearly anything else in this hotel. It was noisy and loud all the time. We didn’t get any water or towels, and when we asked they forgot about it and we had to wait another day. The woman at the reception didn’t seem that polite or eager to help.
Better go for another hotel, trust me.

Great value for money! This hotel is underrated in my opinion. The rooftop restaurant is great! Food and breakfast buffet was perfect with the most beautiful view! Rooms are basic but fine for one night if you want to visit the pyramids. Staff are helpful! I would not recommend booking a tour through the hotel, but everything else was just perfect!
