It was a bad experience staying here. The staffs were rude. They didn't answer the phone when I called them and when I called them back they said "that". They had no service mind at all.
- Can't swim in the resort. The slide was full of leaves and very black. It looked like it hadn't been used for a long time.
- The room was in terrible condition. There was no Wi-Fi. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned or maintained.
- The staff even came to tell me that if I wasn't in the room, please turn off the lights and air conditioner. If I wanted an extra blanket, I had to pay extra.
- During my stay, it rained heavily and the room kept dripping.
