Benar-benar sangat mengecewakan menginap di hotel ini, kami pesan 2 kamar dan satu kamar yg kami dapat jauh dari kata layak untuk di tempati krn gagang pintunya rusak tidak ada, kamar kotor, jaring laba2nya banyak, tidak ada selimut, tidak ada tv, handuknya aja jauh dr kata handuk yg layak untuk di pakai, intinya kamar tidak terawat dan tidak layak di jual. Mana kami dapat harga yang cukup lumayan tinggi untuk kamar ini krn long weekend tp kami dapat fasilitas yang buruk. Ketika kami tidak mau menempati kamarnya dan complain si penjaga penginapan responnya cuek, akhirnya kami tidak mau menempati kamarnya dan mengajukan pengembalian si penjaga mempersilahkan tetapi pembatalan kami gagal krn alasan pihak penginapan menolak. Untuk trip.com tolong bisa lebih seleksi untuk memilih mitra vendor terutama untuk tipe penginapan dan lebih di perketat pengawasan kebersihan kamarnya agar layak jual dan layak ditempati oleh konsumen
