We came to this hotel on the 21st Sept til 28th..We arrived there 2am in the morning and was greeted at a bar which was also a check in desk..And was given a white wrist band and was taken to our room which was a separate building which looked derelict no light leading to it also no lights in hallways or to lift everything was dark We had to use our phones to see our way...We took one look at our room which had 3 single beds there 1 which was just looking so tatty..The phone was not connected the lamps were falling off there handles...And the bathroom was like a bedsit this hotel was more of a motel... Come the morning and there was no English person on sight 99%Russian....No 1 spoke English at all...I asked the check in why most people had green bands on and we had white and he put on Google translate that they are single and they can mingle with anyone with green bands...So basically a dating hotel.... The pools were nice 👌 kept us chilled while weather was hot..The entertainment was zilch no reps no activities to keep guests entertained but the music was turned on and that was it most of the day until 10pm they would have a disco where provocative dancers would come on like in night clubs.. This would go on till 2am...The Russians would still keep drinking till they are totally loud and get rowdy...And then take themselves to their room with no respect for other guests asleep... The only reason I'm giving this hotel 2 stars 🌟 is because their food was lovely and I could find something to eat as I'm a vegetarian.. This hotel needs alot of work done to reach to 5 stars 🌟 Maybe cater for other holiday makers equally rather than just concentrate on the Russians as we paid the same to come there to have a holiday

I had holiday there last week for 6 days. I don't even know where to start with. So first things was that when we arrived at 5 am we waited to check in until 2pm, and for all this 8 hours not even one time none of the staff came to at least offer something to drink, had to go and get it myself all the time. We asked maybe like 20 times about the room what time will get ready, they would just say around 12 or 2 or "we will let you know" lack of English... around 2 pm we asked again and the russian receptionist lady had our key because the room was ready but no one came to tell us. We had leaking in toilet for over 4 days, we asked to be fixed, someone looked up but problem didn't get solved, on the 5th day they fixed it. The bathroom door got locked one time. The telephone in room doesn't have any number how to contact reception. There is no iron in room, you gotta pay extra for this services. Food was not bad but mainly same things every day. Housekeeping went inside room on last day without even knocking. The food court that was supposed to be afternoon snack, only offered greasy burgers every day and even found ant in the chips. Hygiene was totally 0% . It was literally horrible. Staff doesn't care, management is terrible.

I booked this with love holiday and arrived at 4am got told that I can't get my room until 11am then it went back to 12 then to 2pm which is 10hours sitting in the lobby with suitcase and lack of sleep this is not holiday this was torture do not book unfriendly staff rude people specially Russian lady at reception wasn't nice at all she gave dirty looks and when we sat waiting she continuesly laughed at us and was messing around in reception and not checking on us at all we waiting 10hrs for absolutely nothing worse holiday spend £600 pp and was a complete shame

Over all,It was a good hotel but it was so crowded and the hotel couldn't handle the population,the foods were gone asap and they couldn't charge fast Djs were good specially Djmerzy blonde The security wasn't good as expected specially at night when everyone got drunk and did crazy things Staffs were nice and reception was very kind and knew any languages It was close to land of legend and it was 10 min walk to reach there and taxi got 200 Tlr There were cats at the restaurant all time want foods

it was a wonderfull holiday everything was just great speacilay when we meet fatna she is really the best she is so funny and helpfull her jokes is the best we love u fatnaa🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰 thank you for this hotel for having a great worker like her the food was normal always party its nice hotel

Where do I start the worst place I’ve stayed. No English there at all was complete ignored. First night my daughter got bit by bed bugs. The sheets wer ripped and dirty. The food was always covered in flies you couldn’t eat the food. Nothing was covered. The room wasn’t cleaned once. Wasn’t stated it was a party hotel. Banging on doors constantly loud partys in rooms. The list could go on. But on the last day we learned that two coloured wrist bands meant one ur available for fun and the other ur taken. I’m disgusted I was there to have a family holiday with my daughters. No 4 star 2 if that Take my advice never go there
