I had a lovely time and the staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food and drinks was very nice and good quality and I can not fault anything. There was a fantastic bus service to the beach also. I would love to come back as it felt like home.

I like this hotel, here is very good and calm. If you want to have a rest and save you budget, it is place for you. And especially I’d like to estimate my new friend Sef Emir, he is very kind and ready to help. And I recommend this hotel.

We had our breakfast this morning and my daughter wanted to have cereal with milk .. I put her some and then we found a very black thick hair in the bowl .. my husband “showed it to the person in charge whose name is “Melissa And asked her nicely if we could have a new one instead .. she totally ignored him and walked away .. I went to her and asked her nicely again since my daughter is hungry.. when she looked at me and said that it’s not her fault that our hair is in the bowl! I told her that I cover my hair and that there is no way it’s mine .. she then called another person who speaks English and she was very unfriendly and angry .. I was telling him that we are visiting from Dubai .. and back there when anything like that happens they just change the bowl with a new one .. that’s when that lady started making faces to me and saying Dubai Dubai in a rude way .. I never recommend this place .. this visit was the biggest mistake in our life!

I got here with my family yesterday and we had the worst night in our life. Ac was not working in our room with a 35c temperature outside. The reception called the AC technician to check it out for us. He knocked the door twice then opened the door and went in. My husband told him that he shouldn't open the door like that and the guy doesnt even speak English. Then he said that AC is okay and left. It was very hot and my husband had to go and ask to switch the room 10 times when another lady came and said that the AC technician opened their room door too! Very unprofessional way of dealing with people!

Terrible food, the hotel is worth 2 stars, the so-called "service" is what the cook cooked, you eat it, the pepper was making your eyes pop out, how can you serve this to children? For eight days, they never gave us fruit, we paid "All inclusive", we just didn't know that for all eight days we would be eating rice and vegetables, not even seasoned with olive oil. A nightmare. There are bedbugs in some rooms. They took us to the sea, but forgot to pick us up, we walked 35 minutes with a child, our feet were all sore. The service is very poor.
