Excellent hotel and excellent staff. We stayed at Lagoon Suites section. Amazing place with amazing restaurant and food Kaya Palazzo is a must to visit hotel in Antalya with exceptional golf ⛳️ facilities, beach and restaurants. Moreover the best asset of hotel is their staff. Our assistants Kardelen Hanim and Veli Bey made everything to help our lives Lagoon Restaurant staff Yakup Bey and Nese hanım really helped us a lot as we requested some special food for our son Room cleaning lady Herdem hanim was also really working from her heart and assisted us much with really clean rooms and excellent preparations for the room. In a nutshell you will miss many things if you do not select Kaya Palazzo if your destination is Antalya ✅⛳️❤️

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff. Excellent golfing facilities. Lots of road cyclists there when we stayed too. Plentiful food choices. We visited THREE of the a la carte options (supplement charged) and these really were special. Highly recommend taking this esp if you're not a buffet person. Only downside was that the hotel had gone into Winter Concept so the lack of AC combined with a hot late October made rooms uncomfortably hot and impacted on sleep

We are coming to Kaya Palazzo every year and it gets better and better each time! The hospitality, the comfort, the food, the kindness and the service from the reception to the beach bar is very high quality. We had a very sweet host in the restaurant called Vildan who was making sure that we had everything we needed during our dinner time even though we were a big group. She was so sweet and hard worker, always with a smile…. Thanks one more time Kaya Palazzo, hopefully see you next year!

On arrival late evening we were greeted with a customer service representative Ayse and she provided us with information of the hotel facilities and events. The family duplex room was amazing with a sea view and extremely spacious. The next day Vali greeted us with daily updates, Ayse and Vali alternate throughout the day. The hotel (all inclusive) offered a variety of food including vegetarian. All the staff were very helpful and from breakfast, lunch and evening supported with any assistance. The hotel has several food and drink areas eg pool, outdoor lounge all were clean and food was excellent. In terms of alcohol there was a great choice and several locations across the resort served alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Around the pool area there were daily 12-5pm food service, beers and other drinks. The beach and poolside had enough space to find sunbeds with towels provided. The all inclusive was 100% worthwhile compared to other holidays we had in other countries. I would highly recommend the hotel from the room facilities, spacious lounge areas, food and beverage options and most importantly all the staff who were outstanding. What can I say about this hotel!! Amazing beautiful relaxing. We stayed for 10 days, and as soon as we arrived we were greeted by the kaya team Who are amazing as always. To our surprise we were upgraded to a suite by the staff member Under who is on the reception Who remembers us from the many times we have visited. Nothing is too much trouble for the kaya team, especially Rida who talks to all the guests at the hotel to make sure your stay is perfect. We have already booked for next year as soon as we came home

Amazing time at this hotel, attentive and friendly staff. The entertainment crew were brilliant and a special thank you to Emre from the entertainment team for getting us involved. Lovely room with mini fridge restocked daily. Food was great with such a variety. Would definitely recommend and return.
