Aydinbey Queen's Palace & Spa - All Inclusive

Just returned from a week's family holiday. Here's my honest review. The room... standard room with balcony,aircon, bathroom. Beds are singles pushed together. Mattress was solid. One pillow per person which when lay on totally flattened.(didn't sleep much). It was clean. So no complaints about that. The food.... breakfast was good had a bit of everything you would expect. Lunch and dinner...food was the same everyday just changed up with a different meat. The kids food was terrible. Snack bar at the pool for lunch. Same again everyday, pizza chips burgers pasta rice chicken meat. The pool area..... was quite good with the usual aerobics water polo etc. The slides are great. The Drinks.....absolutely shocking, the full bar staff couldn't make a cocktail between them. The juice, coke /sprite tasted like ice pole juice. absolutely rank. It doesn't get any better inside the hotel bars. They have one beer in the whole place. Efes malt. I found myself going to the shops for beer. The entertainment....I honestly haven't seen entertainment so bad in my life. 5 nights of singers. (Mostly singing in Turkish) One night of a horrific dance act. 1 night acrobatics which was alright tbf. Whoever gave this hotel a 5 star rating needs fired. It's a good 3 star at best in my opinion.

The food is excellent, rooms are clean, beach is clean and beautiful it’s not that far, they have good services. Had so much fun playing polo with Ayşenur. The waterslides are so much fun. A lot of fun activities. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful

Animation team was perfect, Aysenur, Mami, Ozzy they were just like old friends. The hotel'meals was pretty good and the room, pool, i mean everything was perfect. Guest Service was also very helpfull and there i met with Mrs Berfin. She helped me to find things that i lost. So i have not seen anything bad in here. I'll come here soon.

Stayed here August 2024 with family. Not a 5* hotel. Service is poor, very poor. The buffet restaurant is too small to fit everyone. You will be fighting for a table during breakfast and dinner. Waiters are too slow to clean the tables. No management in the restaurants. Staff are just chatting away to their colleagues. Rooms not cleaned properly. Had to go 2 days with no one cleaning the room. After complaining they cleaned the room. Food is repetitive. Same sort of food every dinner. Definitely not a 5* hotel, stayed in much better ones in the region. Kids pool is small with 1 slide, can get packed for the little ones. Closeby to Land of Legends, other then that nothing much around the area to walk to. Not the best of stays here. Wouldn’t stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are better hotels in the region at that price range.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with this hotel. Very worn. The gym, all equipment broken with no attempt to fix. Air con not turned on ready for people to use. No alternative milks for customers with intolerance but once raised to customer service they did bring some in. Pool area very untidy. Not enough sun beds. Entertainment- the water polo was not controlled, very aggressive against young children. My teenage daughter was groped by a grown man during the game, when raised nothing down. All catered to the locals. Food hall was like feeding time at the zoo. Not enough tables, no drink service, dirty and no customer service. Staff very rude. No blankets in the room. I could go on. I wouldn't recommend or go back.

A lot of negative reviews made me quite worried about this holiday, but I genuinely don’t understand where they came from! And I needn’t have worried! Rooms were a great size and cleaned every day (if you selected so on your room door). Cleaning was fab. Cleaning in general was very good, staff constantly working hard to maintain the hotel. This includes working all day to maintain the pool area. It is slippy, but they are constantly working to keep on top of it. There are always staff there picking up rubbish and wiping excess water from the floors. The times we took the stairs, we did notice that plates and cups were being left out, but they were always cleaned away the next time we went past. My guess is guests were dumping them there. There is an excellent variety of food, they really try and cater for everyone. Yes there were some random choices at breakfast (chips and onion rings!) but in fairness, they were getting eaten! There was some of the same stuff daily, but they were all very popular and tasted lovely. They had a lot of Turkish food which was brilliant. Last year we went to a Turkish all-inclusive and there was hardly any. The bar staff were great, in all areas (pool, lounge and restaurant) they work so hard. I’m not sure why people have said they were rude. At times there were some language barriers, but that’s on me for not being able to speak Turkish in Turkey! The breakfast and evening dining in the main restaurant is hectic, but I’m yet to find an all-inclusive that isn’t. The only negative I can give is, they need to be a bit quicker clearing tables. It doesn’t help that some guests overload their plates and waste a lot of it! But we always managed to get a table and get food. There was never a shortage of food or food running out. I also understand now why you need to ask for water in the main restaurant. There was so much waste, with the 1.5l bottles barely being touched but having to be disposed of because people were wasting them. Pools and slides brilliant, our kids (and adults!) loved them. The entertainment was really good and varied - my husband became quite obsessed with the daily darts! Again, the entertainment team work really hard. The foam party was a big hit with us all! It was really handy being able to use the spa facilities on our last day so we could have a shower and get changed before getting picked up. In areas, I’d say the hotel needs a bit of TLC. The corridors are a bit scruffy, but if that’s all I can take issue with, I’d say it’s been a great week. We had a brilliant week ☺️

Room dirty never swept out. Only had clean towels when asked for. Mini bar only replenishment when we brought our own water into the room had to ask for tea & coffee. Restaurant always busy (short staffed) had to clean our own table!!! That’s when we got a table after walking around waiting for people to finish!! Food always cold and dried up, we ate out in Belek most of the holiday. Most of the staff very rude if you dared to ask for a bottle of water to have with your food. Oh and onion rings, chips and nuggets for breakfast!! We had a late flight so asked to keep our room on even though it was 15 euro an hour to be told point blank no abs that we could use the spa to clean up. Well that’s another story!! On entering the spa with my husband and 12 year old grandaughter we were shown 2 showers with no doors!! I asked if they had showers with doors on but was told NO. Whilst my grandaughter was having a shower with me on guard a male member of staff rudely walked straight outside the shower she was in!!! Mortified!!! Don’t even ask for an hairdryer because you will be directed to the on site hairdresser!! We were locked out of our room also on 2 occasions waiting on the bell boy ages to let us in!! This is not a 5 star it’s more like a 2 star. Needs modernising and a good deep clean. Staff need training on customer service.

This is an excellent hotel, family friendly, great food, the rooms and the hotel are very clean, the pools are amazing, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful the food is also good, the tour guide was also helpful and the theme park land of the legends is near by I would definitely go back again.

Lovely hotel. Friendly staff upon arrival and through out our week here. Couldn’t fault the hotel at all we had the most amazing time. Elif was so so lovely and kind. Plenty of drinks to choose from. Snack bar by the pool was great especially for kids.
