You have to cross the pedestrian bridge to get to the most stuff like the 7/11. My stay was relatively pleasant until my room was cleaned. I was given a duvet that had a strong smell. I went to the desk to tell them and they just started to laugh.They were laughing at the translation. I was not amused. I did get my duvet changed, but the unprofessionalism by the front desk was a bit shocking since that has never happened to me with this hotel chain.The staff was young, so I gave them a pass. I will say kudos to the lovely ladies in the kitchen. They created the most delicious breakfasts every morning.

It’s was easy to check in, the reception was good, it’s not a good place from the airport, it takes to long time, and the hotel don’t have airport bus, so we had to take a taxi which makes it more expensive. There need better information for new people visiting Osaka.

I had a dinner meeting around Moriguchi Station on my way home from work, so I stayed at this hotel. This is a wonderful place to stay. I feel happy and comfortable here. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the owner is incredibly kind and lovely. If I have the chance, I would definitely return. She was incredibly attentive to me. When she saw I had a heavy suitcase, she arranged a van to take me to the station and quickly helped me with everything I needed. She even had a bike I could borrow and recommended some great restaurants to try.

The restaurant in the hotel was delicious and satisfied.
