I have stayed with this chain in the past, so I knew what to expect. The location is a little inconvenient if you're taking the train. You have to cross the pedestrian bridge to get to the most stuff like the 7/11. My stay was relatively pleasant until my room was cleaned. I was given a duvet that had a strong smell. I went to the desk to tell them and they just started to laugh.They were laughing at the translation. I was not amused. I did get my duvet changed, but the unprofessionalism by the front desk was a bit shocking since that has never happened to me with this hotel chain.The staff was young, so I gave them a pass. I will say kudos to the lovely ladies in the kitchen. They created the most delicious breakfasts every morning.

The staffs are very helpful

Very clean and comfortable. The bathtub is large, so you can take a relaxing bath. There is a microwave and ice in the lobby, which is very convenient. I stayed for 2 nights, and the breakfast menu changed and was very good. The taste is good and I am very satisfied. You can get tea at the front desk and drink it in your room. I'd be even happier if I had coffee. Amenities include cleansing, lotion, milky lotion sets, combs, and toothbrushes.

Feels like a normal business hotel. There is no public bath, and you will need to go to the front desk to pick up toiletries such as toothbrushes. It seems that advance reservations are required for the parking lot, so I had no choice but to park at a coin parking lot.

Loud highway noise. I like the sound of opening and closing the door. No smoking area. The customer service that even the entrance of the public bath across the street can't answer. It's a pity because the room is clean and comfortable.

駐車場の予約が出来るのを知らなくて、横に停めれませんでしたが、他の駐車場を教えて下さいました！ アメニティも充実してて、朝食も子供の分も無料で食べれて満足です。 ホテルからの眺めも良かったです。

Hotel efficiente, peccato che sia un po' fuori mano dal centro, ma stazione comoda e vicina.

綺麗でよかったです。 ロケーションも駅近くでご飯屋さん、移動にも困りませんでした。 また機会があれば泊まりたいです！
