Everything was good. Good service, good food and the sea side view is amazing!

What we liked most about the hotel was its location. It has its own small but clean beach, part of it is stony and part of it is sand. The rooms are quite spacious and old but well-kept. The number of staff is insufficient, they do their best, but due to this, there are disruptions, especially in the restaurant. When the meal time starts, the food served and Most of the desserts are consumed in the first half hour, they are not replaced, you can make do with the remaining one or two varieties, however, finding a table that is not full of dirty plates is a big problem. The pool is clean, but there is a serious race for sunbeds at the hotel. At 9 in the morning, sunbeds are placed and reserved with towels around both the beach and the pool. Most of them are not used during the day. Especially the animation team is very successful. Separate activities and shows are organized during the day and in the evenings.

We were here for 7 nights For the price, I can say it was great The food had very little variety, but the quality level was good There is no water park, but you can go to the nearby water parks The hotel has a very big space, the rooms are clean, big and equipped Excellent hotel drinks, they even use brands It has 2 large pools, one is deep and the other is shallower The animation team is not very strong and they don't really have a special plan Around the hotel, there are AVM shopping centers and Izmir shopping centers within an hour where you can shop The ex-club is near the hotel, which is great, the entrance fee is also. does not have

Although the hotel is close to the sea, it takes a lot of effort to go down to the beach. The staff is mainly intern students, the food varieties are not bad, seasonal fruits should be given weight in the meals, the dessert varieties are insufficient, the rooms and especially the bathrooms need renovation.

Worst Hotel i have ever been for a holiday. Terrible food with huge queues to get one and if you don't get any after the queues there isn't anymore made. Staff clearly doesn't want to be there and there is customer service is shocking. Rooms are dirty and not maintained.Broken doors, bugs and mosquitos. Entertainment team is boring and not much to offer and not sure whether they actually like the kids. Not kids or family friendly,also some areas of the hotel is concerning for health and safety,i was shocked to see the slide and swing still available when clearly it was broken. Hotel is overall really dirty, some equipments, coffee machines are actually full of mold. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, don't waste your money

This hotel is the worst we have ever been to and we have been to Turkey for the last 4 years, when we arrived I had to complain about the sewer drain outside our balcony which stunk, the room was dirty and not cleaned properly, staff were none English speaking even down to the reception staff, They were young and disrespectful and only bothered with the Turkish guests.the view from our balcony consisted of trees and a sun lounger grave yard. Don’t be fooled by adults only pool as this is not true, kids running around and screaming in all pools with large inflatables which makes it difficult to relax. The food was not of a high standard and I have never seen so many flies in a restaurant, chicken wings were raw in the middle and we had to send back, myself and our friends had upset stomachs on more than one occasion during this 10 day holiday would not recommend this hotel. Hidden Gem on Ladies Beach Beach & Views are Amazing Good Size Rooms Spotless Clean & Friendly Staff that were very helpful. Breakfast & Lunch Menu’s something for everybody. Kids Club & Entertainment Spa & Message excellent service Walking distance to ladies beach 200metres.

We had a lovely family holiday with our children and grandchildren, the hotel catered for our every need. Good sized rooms with a decent balcony and magical sea views , the rooms were cleaned daily and towels changed the beds were comfortable and nice soft fluffy pillows. Duvets also supplied if required. A safe is supplied and the fridge is filled with liquid refreshments upon arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful and the poolside entertainment all day was perfect. Lots of games to partake in with young family’s and shows are put on in the evening. 2 large pools and a mini pool area are great. Lots of food available throughout the day and unlimited drinks for adults and kids. HAKAN was one of the poolside entertainers and done a fantastic job involving people to engage in the daily activities on offer. A really great family orientated hotel. The dinner served was at 1900 and was a huge array of food to select from they also had a big grill outside that done all types of meats and dishes, too many to mention. They had a crepe bar also available for a snack and the actual snack bar opened at 1230 for burgers, chips and pizzas which the kiddies loved. There are 3 restaurants onsite also I.e Italian , Turkish and a seafood restaurant. The spa and wellness centre also by the pool for Turkish baths and massages was absolutely amazing. A small gym is also accessible if you want to get the workout in and they do morning poolside aerobics. I would definitely recommend for families, ladies beach was a 2 min walk and the centrum in Kuşadası was a 10 taxi drive costing around €5 there is a water park next door open on certain days also but separate to the hotel so a fee is required to enter. Food is wonderful, pillows are very comfortable, animators are very friendly, water in pool is very clean, hakan is best we love hakan so much, beach is very clean, staff is very good, beautiful nature. I hope I will return here once more. It is the best place I have ever visited!!!

Lovely hotel with absolutely stunning views. The staff are friendly and helpful with anything you may need. We have really enjoyed the food, plenty of choice and something for everyone. Entertainment has been great fun for lots of people, with a range of activities around the pool and in the pool. I think Sinda was born to entertain.

The staff are so unhelpful and rude. I saw one staff member shout at a small child for taking an ice cream from an open fridge (which is free as it is all inclusive) because the free ice cream starts at 4 and it was 3:30 he then proceeded to argue with the childs mother and talk about her with another staff member in front of us when she left. Our room floor was filthy and the balcony door didn't shut properly so the room was full of ants. No staff member wants to help you and will try pawn you off to another. There are broken chairs and sun loungers left for people to try sit on and hurt themselves. I would never stay here again.

I spent 1 week at The Grand Blue Sky International. As soon as we arrived, we were approached by the host Tendai. A warm and friendly person who gave us a very warm welcome. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The whole hotel team was very pleasant and communicative. All day long, the place is lively and the atmosphere is good. We enjoyed watching the shows presented by top entertainers Tendai and Sulo. I'd like to thank them for the great time they gave us. It was always a great pleasure to watch them. We had a lot of fun during those days. It's a great hotel with several pools and a beautiful, calm beach. The sea water is gently sloping. The beach is sandy. The beach is always well maintained. The place is lovely. I'd like to thank Tendai and Sulo for the warm welcome they gave us. I hope to see you soon.

Awful food !! Uncooked and cold ! Unlabled and undistinguishable. Mood poisoning and two trips to hospital for 9 bags of fluids and electrolytes plus antibiotics . No apologies after complaining about the food numerous times by lots of guests suffering. Restaurants not open and snack bar opened 5 days into our holiday. A very steep climb to a dirty unkempt beach. Not suitable for the less able bodied guests. Not international and not a 4,star.
