Infinity by Yelken - All Inclusive

Stayed here for 1 Week Absolutely beautiful Place One of the best places I stayed inTurkey. The staff Are outstanding they can’t do enough for you. Entertainment is also brilliant with a lot of food choices. 100% recommend will definitely be returning. Sarkan is an amazing Guy and will do anything for thankyou once again for this amazing stay and once again we will be returning in the future!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic hotel very helpful animation team was fantastic loud shout out to o serkan he was fabulous the food was amazing couldn't fault it something different everyday lunch time there was pizza fries burgers onion rings slushes u will have the best time here no need to worry about anything its great the manager is fab too so helpfully

Good points: - Beautiful location with crystal clear waters at the beach - Nice main dining room, lunch & a’la carte areas with inside/outside seating options all with great views - Good size rooms with modern decor and comfortable beds - Friendly/upbeat animation team and kids club with good facilities. My child loved the nightly mini disco. - Some very decent evening shows including Colombian dancing and magic shows - Good range of slides at the water park, a games room for the kids and water sports - On-site shops, spa & salon - Reasonably priced spa trea**ents and the one I had was very good. Areas for improvement, taking in to consideration that we stayed at the end of October for half term and this would be approaching out of season: - Reception/waiting/bar staff not particularly friendly or accommodating, often glued to their mobile phones - Food & drinks options are not as broad as I would have expected, breakfast was particularly bland and lots of repetition of the evening menu. Cocktails all on the sweet/sickly side and served with no finesse / garnish. No good options for deserts for kids e.g ice cream in the evening - Not enough live music as a lower key option for evening entertainment - Some entertainment events such as bingo were chargeable which felt like a cheek with no other options to get involved in. Similarly a popcorn/candy floss station would open alongside the kids mini disco every night which was chargeable leaving parents feeling guilt tripped in to buying something - I would expect this to be included at an AI resort - Very slippery floors around the pool, lots of warning signs but this did not stop my child falling over many times and myself once - Pool bars use non reusable plastic cups & straws - huge amount of waste being generated - Quite a bit of maintenance required at the water park to fix broken slides, water cannons etc, lots of algae in the water. Also the steam room in the spa was broken for the entire duration of our stay - Water freezing everywhere, even the spa which was supposed to have a heated pool was still extremely cold Tips: - Find little octopus in the pebble beach, make sure you take/buy a snorkel as lots of sea life to see - Make sure you book a’la carte quick as spaces get booked up

Im in hotel now. When I received the room, the minibar was empty. The bathroom in this room was broken, water was collecting on the floor. When I told the receptionist, he was very rude and did not help at all. There was no blanket in the room😔😔😔😔😔😔

Murat is such an amazing member of staff always so helpful and everyone is always so happy to help. I will definately be returning each year it has been a hotel to remember everything u need for an amazing holiday with family friends or alone time

We stayed at Infinity by Yelken for 11 days in May as a family of two adults and two children. We chose this resort primarily for its impressive water slides for the kids and the promise of stunning views, and we absolutely loved our stay. The all-inclusive service was available 24 h. a day, ensuring we never had to worry about missing a meal. We arrived around 11 PM, and it was convenient to find that the midnight snack service started at 12 AM. The food variety was extensive. The main restaurant served meals several times a day, and there was a delightful spot on the decking where they made fresh pizzas, burgers, and chips to order. Additionally, there was a poolside venue offering delicious daytime options, including chicken or doner kebabs, burgers with fries or potato wedges, salads, and daily waffles. Staff member Hamdi made the best waffles. There were also a couple of ice cream fridges offering small ice creams in the afternoon, which the kids loved and ate daily. We didn't try the snack bar in the water slides area, but the overall food quality elsewhere was impressive. We dined at 3 à la carte restaurants with mixed experiences. The Turkish restaurant served excellent food, the Rhodes Fish restaurant was amazing despite the windy weather that night, but the Italian restaurant was somewhat disappointing. The fish and pasta were not great, and although steak was an option, we didn't try it. Some other guests we spoke to ate out frequently as they didn’t enjoy the food as much, and occasionally the food was a bit cold. Despite this, we always found something we liked and never went hungry. The cocktails were expertly mixed right in front of us, a refreshing change from the machine-dispensed drinks we've had at other all-inclusives. My favorite were Margarita and Mojito. I particularly enjoyed the local wine, which was surprisingly easy to drink, and the spirits were of good quality. The patisserie served hot drinks and desserts, with a wide variety of pastries, although it's unclear if they restocked them throughout the evening. We also enjoyed the lovely seating area at the terrace bar, where the staff made excellent coffee using Jacobs coffee beans. The entertainment team worked tirelessly to ensure guests had a great time, offering activities in both Turkish and English. We never missed the children's mini disco and attended various evening entertainments, although we skipped a few due to fatigue after a day in the sun. The evening shows ranged from professional dance performances to acrobatics, guessing games, karaoke, and bingo nights. While I wasn’t a fan of the bingo night, my partner attended and found the prizes disappointing. We paid money for tickets, and the prizes were just alcoholic drinks, which seemed a bit lackluster. Additionally, the animation team was asking guests to write reviews about the resort and even offering to help write them, which we found a bit dishonest and unprofessional. Great service, lovely hotel, lovely food! And animation team are very entertaining especially Murat . Great cocktails and shows at night! Pool is lovely and very easy to get a sun chair, location is good 8 min walk from ladies beach but also have private beach at hotel with lovely pizza !

This hotel is fantastic, very clean, lots of fun with animation team, lovely food, the decking near the beach is fantastic, special shout out to Murat our favourite member of the animation team, what a lovely friendly young man, fantastic clean pool and pool area, nice beachside dining
