The service was quite bad. There were not many people in the hotel. It was OK that we were not allowed to check in early, but the German girl had a very bad attitude. It seemed that she disliked us very much. But to be honest, there were really no Chinese people in that place.

The room is big, with a hair dryer and a coffee machine, but it lacks a kettle and no breakfast. It's a bit expensive at 866 yuan, but it's justified.

If it weren't for the exhibition time, I wouldn't stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in a remote area. After cleaning tomorrow, the used towels and bath towels will not be replaced, and bottled water will not be refilled. After the towels and bath towels were replaced on the first night, they were not replaced on the second day. As a result, the room was still not replaced with clean towels and bath towels on the third day. The service is very poor. There are very few varieties of breakfast.

Since we were unfortunately unable to book a room at the Mercury Hotel City-Nord for this date, we switched to the Mercure Hotel Kaarst. We were satisfied there as well. On Sunday, we moved to the Mercure Hotel City-Nord.

Gute Lage an der Autobahn A57, nicht weit von Kaarst, Neuss, Düsseldorf. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, sauber- ideal für Geschäftsreisende. Allerdings war in meinem Zimmer die Klimaanalage schwach bei Aussentemperatur 34 Grad....
