Second time I stayed in this hotel. Though my first experience was better, I had a nicer room with balcony. This time it was on the ground floor with a nice terasse. I like that hotel, it's good value for money, with a very peaceful and spacious location. It has a nice restaurant and the breakfast has lots of choices. Very chill environment and they have also a golf court for those who like to play. Rooms though could need some update and fixing. Also there was a weird smell from the bathroom. Otherwise very nice and friendly staff.

Perfect place to eat, sleep and swim for our 1 night stay. Good parking facilities. Great restaurant eating. Friendly staff. Handy if you're a golf enthusiast

J’ai été très déçue parce qu’il y avait des cafards dans la chambre le matin de mon départ. Je l’ai signalé à la réception au moment du départ et je croyais qu’il y allait avoir un geste de leur part rien que nous offrir le petit déjeuner pour ma fille et moi mais ils nous l’ont quand même facturé alors que je trouve grave quand même que dans un hôtel de ce standing qu’il y ait des cafards c’est dommage. Je retiens juste que nous avons dormi avec des cafards alors que même chez moi je n’en ai pas et je paie pas’pour dormir !!

Het was niet schoon. Overal vlekken op het tapijt in de kamer. Koelkastje deed het niet. Kluis deed het niet, ook niet na komst conciërge. Hotel uit de tijd. Ik begrijp de goede recensies niet zo.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix.
Excellent accueil mais avec la literie c'était le seul point positif.
Chambre mal isolée (extérieur et autres chambres: je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit), douche compliquée d'utilisation seulement utilisable en mode bain, les piscines accessibles gratuitement sans les jets de 8h à 10h, quand j'y suis allée je n'ai pas trouvé l'accès à la piscine intérieure donc je suis allée à la piscine extérieure qui était fermée, et je me suis enfermée dehors, le code ne marchait pas et aucun moyen de contacter la réception. Des clients m'ont ouvert au bout de 10min dehors.
Départ sympathique mais ne m'a pas demandé si j'avais passé un bon séjour.
Propreté approximative de la chambre (poils, cheveux des précédents occupants)
Déçue, je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel, je pense qu'il était mieux tenu quand c'était le Vichy Spa.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel. Personnel à l'accueil et niveau piscine très désagréable mise à part la stagiaire qui avait le bras cassée qui était à notre écoute.
Nous avons dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel, servi froid obliger de demander à rechauffer nos plats.
Le petit déjeuner, il n'y avais plus de beurre, la salde de fruit, excusez-moi du terme mais dégueulasse. Le choix dans le petit déjeuner reste minime.
Les chambres alors la c'est une catastrophe. Vous verrez en photo. Nous avons signalé à l'accueil qui nous répondu que le côté gauche cest les anciennes chambres et côté droit les chambres sont plus propres et plus récentes, mais comment pouvons-nous savoir lors de la réservation ???? La piscine reste propre ainsi que le spa.

Coup de cœur pour cet Hôtel nous l'avons découvert en juin et y sommes retournés en juillet et y retournerons à chaque fois que nous irons sur Montpellier grâce à Medhi qui avec le sourire a toujours fait son possible pour que nos séjours soient inoubliables et le personnel (accueil, barman, serveurs, femmes de ménages agents d'entretiens...) est très accueillant, à votre écoute et toujours disponible. Et pour couronner le tout le cadre est magnifique et reposant avec vue sur le golf, la piscine extérieur, ses transats et sa cabane en bambou pour s'offrir un verre au bord de la piscine. La piscine Spa interieure est immense et l'accès à 19 € la journée est gratuit de 8h à 10h et de 19h à 20h. Un vrai moment de détente au calme. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et agréable à prendre dans sa grande salle donnant sur le jardin ou en terrasse ou vous pouvez également y prendre vos repas le midi et le soir. Le restaurant propose de très bons plats à des prix très attractifs avec une formule accès piscine pour les invités ou personnes de l'extérieur
Le Zenitude Hôtel est l'hôtel incontournable pour un petit ou long séjour à Montpellier..
