樓下衹有一家賣菜的（我們沒有找到其他賣菜的地方）
附近吃的也不多 樓下一家超市
房子沒有異味可以做飯（但要自己打掃）房間也很乾凈
住過兩次這家民宿 第一次訂的兩房 感覺還不錯 第二天中午11點多我們説續房老闆説房子被訂出去了（沒有提前説需要提前預訂，因為我們住民宿一般都不需要提前預訂，都是第二天接着住的）
第二次訂的三房，提前續住了三天，提前一天問了老闆三個房間有沒有空調，老闆説都有的，第二天我們到民宿了，老闆和我們説三個房間衹有一個房間有空調…還有一個客廳有空調，第一天也沒有Wi-Fi （這些都沒有提前和我們商量或説過）老闆説發10元讓我們流量用一天……（我出門需要辦公的 也有工作 兩個手機加一個電腦，我家裡人也要用）老闆又説第二天來安裝路由器 我們想想那也不是不行，但我們還是想換到原來我們訂的房間，因為除了第一天後麪兩天都蠻熱的，老闆就直接説説你們不喜歡可以不住😂感覺態度不是很好
客廳沒有電視，是投影儀，窗簾是透透的那種 採光很好…導致白天看不了電視😂😂
老闆也不是很愛回訊息

現場比圖片好看是怎麼回事哈哈。小姐姐説圖片沒拍好，感覺還沒我拍的好看[陰險]。 很好找，逛吃方便，晚上還有夜市燒烤，電影院。離樺墅村很近，散步過去可以到[陰險]。經天路地鐵站很近，開車五六分鐘到了。把車停在停車場，地鐵低碳出行去市區玩兒。這個價格住到這個條件，個人感覺性價比不錯。

1. 交通便利：房子位於仙林東路，交通便利，出門不遠就是公交車站，坐幾站之後就是地鐵站，坐上地鐵就很方便了。
2. 環境衞生：房間很乾凈，周邊環境也很好，沒有噪音
3. 生活方便：有廚房，燃氣和廚具都有，自己做飯很方便；電視也很好；Wi-Fi信號好。
4. 比較適合家庭出遊，推薦。

有一説一
1.按照導航開車過來很好找，停車方便
2.民宿行政區劃屬於鎮江，但和南京隔的非常近，5分鐘車程，房價便宜了不少，各種設施齊全，性價比很高
3.帶去歡樂谷玩，離的不遠，住在這裏蠻好，吃喝也方便。

房東姐姐很熱情哈 回覆的也都很及時的 離歡樂谷還是蠻近的開車十幾分鐘的樣子 玩的很累回去洗洗就休息啦 有三個房間 人多住起來還是蠻方便的哈～ 房間很有家的樣子～下次會推薦給朋友哈～ ❤️
