維也納國際酒店簡直就是句容住宿性價比之王:酒店所處周邊環境非常優雅，服務人員的服務都很訓練有素，客房和大堂衞生非常好 ，可以説窗明幾凈。酒店內部裝修、各類設施和用品也不亞於四星級酒店，總之很推薦的酒店！

服務特別有温度:我帶了小朋友，客房主管見到了主動給我拿了卡通漱口杯、小童乳膠枕、小拖鞋，小朋友喜歡得不得了；房間面積還可以，很乾凈，設備也很好用，尤其是洗澡水很大，特別舒服。周邊環境很好，窗外景色怡人。絕對是一家寶藏酒店。

作為攜程鉑金會員，住過包括全季，希岸，亞朵等很多個品牌酒店，近幾年在幾個城市住過維也納國際酒店，感覺品控比較穩定，對這個品牌有了很好的印象和信任。然而在這家酒店第一天的住宿可以用噩夢來形容。
1，入住的時候，有一位站在服務枱外面，即未戴胸牌，又未穿制服的高高在上，對客人毫無尊重可言的不知名男人，對我訂的房間指手劃腳，説我訂的是特惠雙人房，還指揮服務員安排樓層的20號房間（請後面訂房的友友們千萬避雷這間房），服務員也莫名其妙的聽了他的安排，給我們安排兩樓層的20號房間。第二天我在攜程上仔細查看了，攜程上並未寫明我訂的是特惠房。而且根據多年訂房經驗，我仔細看了攜程上的圖片才訂的，絕對不是特惠房，攜程上的圖片與實際入住的也不符。
2. 入住20號房間，馬上發現這間房不是雙人房，而是大床房改造的，而且房間非常小。本來想想小點也就算了，誰知一進去房間就有一股極大的異臭味，叫來服務員，噴了84葯水，空氣清新液，打開窗户，稍微好一些。誰知晚上關窗後，半夜8旬長者起床去衞生間的時候，一股極大的臭味撲面而來，像是農葯味，還是什麼毒水味，差點把長者薰倒，如果長者因此摔跤，便是極大的安全事故。
3. 該酒店的早餐可以説是一言難盡，除了現做的麪條外，其它一塌糊塗，匹配不上維也納國際酒店這個檔次，更不值38元一個人的餐標。
4. 該酒店位置偏僻，周圍沒有任何可以購買生活用品的地方，全都需要外賣
5. 唯一的一分，給夜班服務員
希望酒店工作人員可以專業一點，如果這樣下去，不衹是倒自己的口碑，也是倒維也納國際酒店的品牌。

寶子們這家酒店放心沖啊！價格才兩百多，但裝修高大上，簡直五星級的感覺！客房乾淨清爽，各類用品堪比四五星酒店。服務人員熱情有温度，不像有的五星酒店愛理不理的。總之很推薦這個酒店。

酒店寬敞明亮，設備齊全，客房乾淨整潔，看得出衞生做得很細緻。前台小姐姐的服務非常熱情，主動加了我微信，把句容當地旅遊景點、美食和線路發給了我，另外酒店早餐也不錯，選擇餘地很大。總之很贊！

酒店有免費自助洗衣房，大堂裏有自動販賣機，也有指定的外賣暫存處，很方便。前台小王的服務很熱情，笑容有感染力。角角落落都很乾凈。關鍵是價格還不貴。以後到句容就定這一家了
