酒店一樓，空調滴水，打在窗户外封閉的框子上，滴水聲大且響，一晚上沒睡着，衞生間的花灑噴淋頭壞的，衹能用手持的沖了個澡。房間隔音效果奇差，半夜、一大早霹靂拍啦的，説話聲，嘈雜聲，非常差的居住體驗。不推薦來住，特別是一樓。

一到酒店，前台小姐姐就認出來我，還特意問我房間喜好，朝向，服務不錯，對着湖，空氣新鮮，每次來句容都住這，很不錯！

我是格林豪泰鉑金會員，以前住過一次，感覺衞生差點，這次來住感覺明顯改善了很多，前台小美女進門就打招呼，辦理速度很快，還給我導向電梯方向，一看就是專業培訓過了，房間一開門就感覺不錯，隔壁有飯店和麪館，味道還可以，吃了麪去公園轉了一圈，裏面花可漂亮了，酒店就在湖邊上，分分鐘就到，挺好

酒店環境不錯，交通業方便，服務態度非常滿意，衞生打掃的也不錯，最重要的是，酒店後面就是網紅公園，挺熱鬧的，值得推薦
