Jinlong International Hotel

Very satisfied with the check-in experience. The lobby is very grand. It is worthy of being a five-star standard hotel. The internal environment is elegant and quiet, the front desk service is enthusiastic, check-in is quick, the room facilities are complete, and the bed is very comfortable. It’s great!

Breakfast is so bad! All prepared dishes

I stay in this hotel every time I come. The service is very friendly and the rooms are large. I can have a good rest here every time. It is highly recommended! The location is obviously easy to find, there are many parking lots, the lobby is clean and bright, the room is hygienic and clean, the pillows and quilt covers are very clean, the room has no odor, good ventilation, good sound insulation, there are security guards on duty at night, it is very safe, the facilities are in place, and the price/performance ratio is good. Very satisfied with this stay.

The breakfast tastes very good. The decoration of the hotel is grand. The overall service attitude is great when you enter. It feels very warm. It is my first time to visit Jurong and I feel at home. I personally think it meets the requirements of a five-star hotel.

This hotel trip was really full of surprises. The warm smiles of the service staff made me feel like home. I am super satisfied with my stay in this hotel. The service is very considerate.

Let’s talk about the good aspects first: 1. The environment is good, it is close to the mountains. When we went there, it had just passed after a heavy rain, and the mist lingering in the mountains was very beautiful. 2. The hotel hardware is good, the room decoration and layout, and the accommodation comfort are quite good. Things that I think are bad: 1. Maybe this hotel is mainly for business reception, so there are many people coming for meetings. The hotel may be "too busy" for people like me who are purely tourist accommodations. Friends who travel by car may get some discounts on the price/performance ratio. (Except Sheniu, mainly because I don’t like noisy people around the accommodation) 2. Eating is the biggest problem for me. The hotel reminder sheet clearly stated that 3 restaurants are open until after 8 pm, and desserts are even after 10 pm. However, when I called the hotel front desk at 7:40, I was told that the restaurant closed at 8 pm. When I rushed down to find something to eat, I found that the restaurant was dark and it had obviously closed early, which was disappointing. (The hotel provides meal delivery service and charges 15% of the order fee) For a 5-star hotel, the hardware is okay, but the software is really unsatisfactory. I hope this review can provide a reference for friends who want to travel and stay.
