其實入住咱們酒店也不是一兩次了，前兩次覺得還可以，這次體驗感很差。前台服務人員態度傲慢，我就不指名道姓是哪位了，我作為消費者來到你們酒店，最起碼的尊重有的吧，我是凌晨訂的次日的鐘點房休息（大床），9:30至12:30，酒店既然接了單，那就代表是需要提前安排的。我9:20到前台辦理入住，前台告知房間沒有這麼早出來，沒有大床，只有雙床。我説我訂的時間是9:30，那十分鐘可以出來嗎，王女士説出不來。如果我需要雙床就不會特意定在附樓，因為主樓只有雙床。我是看評價附樓大床房不錯，就定了。但是結果這麼讓人意外。態度冷漠，沒有房間就讓我直接申請退款，我就覺得很有意思，我退款那我特意是留在你們酒店大堂休息是嗎？後來又告知附樓只有一間三面朝陽的房間，沒空調，問我行不行，我回答你們的房型我不是很清楚，沒有一句有感情的解釋。問題是你們自己部門沒有及時在網上關房，導致客人到店沒有相應房型，作為酒店人，第一反應不應該是和客人解釋嗎？或者盡力幫客人解決，哪怕升級，讓我補個差價都沒問題。直接讓人申請退款你們覺得合適嗎？酒店地理位置好，設施設備好，如果服務跟不上，那以後整體也不會更上一層樓。以後不會再入住曙光，更不會推薦朋友過去。
