The hotel looks nice in outside. Rooms are small but its ok it can be small but nice. In this case furniture was broken and old, soft bad always moved, The 2 rooms where on the sunny side on 7 floor the room was a dust box. we could not wait everyday to get out of it. The room stuff did not clean them well. The breakfast was nice nothing to say about that. May be we stayed 20 days and that is to long for this hotel. The front desk people where not nice, In this huge hotel no business center! They would ask you to pay to print something out. The hotel is very dirty and has old feel of it.It was worst 29 days stay at Yurmala. Latvia felt like Ukraine they had flags of Ukraine everywhere building busses inside hotels it was discussing.

Welcoming staff.
We vacationed with our family and our four-legged friend.
2.5 hours of SPA on Friday and 1.5 hours on Saturday.
Tasty breakfast.
Visiting the hotel in January with the whole family has already become our good tradition. 👍

Perfect stay at Jūrmala especially when the weather is not so nice as you can spend time at SPA. SPA is nice, especially saunas. Pools are relatively small and best for chilling rather than swimming. They have a bar at the pool, so feel free to indulge. Breakfast is good with small variation daily. Dinner buffet is fantastic too. You can find beef, chicken etc. vegetarian options too. Variation daily. I'd recommend to stay for 3 nights if possible

All good, SPA is with a lot of variations of saunas. 100% recommended. Breakfast tables always full with a good quality food. Internet speed is good. Was able to have meeting via ms teams and sharing my screen. Car parking is spacious just do not forget to pay every time you leave it for a ride.

Seems to be the biggest hotel in the heart of Jurmala. Spa was bit disappoitment, quite small and VERY slippery floors! If possuble do not use those free slippers! Our room was in7th floor, not big but enough for two, nice view, well equitted, two bottles of water waiting for use. And we got our room already 12.00, no extra fee! Breakfast average, staff pleasant, nice stay!

Hotel Jurmala offers a beautiful setting right on the beach, and that's definitely its strongest point. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out onto the sand was truly idyllic. The spa facilities themselves are also impressive, with a wide range of treatments and a very relaxing atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the sauna and pool area. Hotel Jurmala is a good choice if you're looking for a relaxing beach getaway with access to excellent spa facilities. Just be aware that the rooms and service might not be quite up to the same standard as the spa itself. I'd recommend it.

We are a couple with two small children and we very much like the hotel and have stayed here many times over the years. The spa and restaurant areas are very nice. Buffet dinner not so good though, a la carte is good. Lots of families with children, so the hotel is recommended for families. A bit too crowded for couples. But the rooms, that have not been renovated yet, are too used by now. For a hotel with prices such as these they should not charge extra if you want a renovated room, it should be standard and a discount for the old rooms. There was mold on the shower tiles, furniture very used, the shower was leaking and the temperature on the air conditioner, which is also the heater as the radiators were marginally warm, could not be regulated (it could be regulated on the panel, but ir did not change the temp of the air flow) - so it was either a bit too hot in the room or a bit too chilly. And there is some construction work going on for I think at least a year already. Do finish the renovation of the rooms a bit faster please. Also the sound proofing is not too good, so if there is an event on the top floor, the sound carries to the rooms several floors below. We will definitely come back as we have many times, but we home the renovation will be finished soon.
