Terrible Experience at Pousada Moryba I was at Pousada Moryba during my July vacation for a weekend and my experience was extremely disappointing. On both days I spent there, at 6 pm, when everyone comes back from the beach wanting a hot shower, the water in the shower was freezing cold! This happened both on Saturday (the excuse given was that there were a lot of people at the inn) and on Sunday, when most of the guests had already left, and the water was still cold. In addition, the breakfast is very basic, which does not justify the daily rate. The location is good, but that does not make up for the lack of structure. The manager was never present and the receptionists were unable to solve the problem, justifying that there were too many people showering at the same time. I understand that if it were in the height of summer, we could even take a shower with colder water, but even so, the inn should be prepared to serve all guests. They either need to adjust the number of guests allowed or urgently improve the hot water system. The experience was terrible and caused a lot of frustration. I do not recommend it.

A pousada conta com funcionários solícitos. Está próxima a entrada na praia e a poucos metros de restaurantes que realizam o serviço de praia. O café da manhã conta com média opções de itens, porém frescos e de bom sabor. Os ambientes são limpos. No quarto, a roupa de cama e as toalhas estavam carinhosamente arrumadas e limpíssimas. A arrumação e troca são ofertados todos os dias. O quarto, opção jasmim, muito bem ventilado. O ponto de atenção é o banheiro. A limpeza realizada é nítida, porém, as instalações necessitam de uma atenção.

Quando estou em Juquehy me hospedo na Moryba. Atendimento do staff é sempre atencioso (Emília, Jéssica, Mariana) bem como do gerente André. Café-da-manhã 🔝com variedades de frutas, pães, sucos etc. Pousada localizada na principal avenida de Juquehy bem próximo à areia. Hotel tem serviço de praia. Highly recommended!🔝👏🤟

Lugar excelente, perto da praia, colaboradores prestativos e educados. Café da manhã delicioso e cozinha limpíssima. Destaque p o colaborador Marcelo da recepção q nos orientou quais lugares ir. Pousada com roupas de quarto limpíssima e um chuveiro maravilhoso. Adorei e com certeza indico p outras pessoas.

No primeiro dia o quarto cheirava a mofo, sorte que levamos nossos travesseiros. Deixamos as janelas abertas o dia inteiro, e no segundo dia melhorou. O ar condicionado fazia um barulho insuportavel, não deu para ligar, então deixamos tudo aberto para dormir, aí os mosquitos é que incomodaram muito. Tivemos que passar repelente para conseguir dormir. A praia e a cidade são muito boas, mas não voltaria nesta pousada.
