From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the grand, yet welcoming ambiance. The resort is surrounded by stunning mountain views, and the fresh air instantly made me feel relaxed and recharged. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional Javanese elements. The private balcony was a standout, offering a breathtaking view of the mountains and lush gardens, perfect for unwinding. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided, from plush robes to a well-stocked minibar. One of the highlights was the pool area, which felt like a serene oasis. I also enjoyed the wide range of activities offered—from tennis courts and a mini-golf area to a well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with an array of both Indonesian and Western options, all fresh and delicious. The location is ideal for exploring Batu’s attractions, like Jatim Park and Batu Night Spectacular, all within a short drive. Always want to come back here again. The hotel's location is close to many places to eat & East Java Park 3. The feel of eco living is very strong in this hotel. All furniture is made from recycled materials so it is unique. The swimming pool is a plus point because it uses fresh source water without chlorine. The most enjoyable thing is to swim in the lower pool because the water is really fresh & not too cold. The atmosphere at this hotel is really calm & serene. Breakfast doesn't have much on the menu, but it's quite tasty & filling. Highly recommended for a staycation with family

Comfortable place, clean & kitchen utensils have minus no no gallon water (drinking water) the rest is ok

Menginap di VILLA CARMELA adl kunjungan saya yg pertama kalinya bersama keluarga. Kesan pertama saat check in pelayanan nya express&waktu itu saya di sambut oleh kak Tio yg dgn ramah menjelaskan ttng villa CARMELA :) Kemudian kami juga dibantu membawakan barang2 saat menuju villa :) Kami sekeluarga sangat puas menginap disini dan akan memilih villa CARMELA kembali
