"I found some dirty between the coach. I was stayed in green building executive room for 2 nights. I dont see the bell boy or doorman or security around the door enter. And to get my room by lift without card access. So easy for another people outside go inside each floor."

"The best resort in Batu. The room is spacious, cozy with various breakfast. Nice landscape and have a complete facilities and amenities. The hospitality is very nice. One day would like to stay there again"

"I really like the room, it's very homey, it's good, the atmosphere is just when I come again, the construction is a bit noisy. The downside is that there is no tissue in the toilet and there are rat pups on the balcony. But it doesn't reduce the comfort of sleeping anyway. The hotel staff is very friendly. The price is also affordable. Trmksh"

Kesan pertama saat check in pelayanan nya express&waktu itu saya di sambut oleh kak Tio yg dgn ramah menjelaskan ttng villa CARMELA :)
Kemudian kami juga dibantu membawakan barang2 saat menuju villa :)
Kami sekeluarga sangat puas menginap disini dan akan memilih villa CARMELA kembali

RRetnonotAlways want to come back here again. The hotel's location is close to many places to eat & East Java Park 3. The feel of eco living is very strong in this hotel. All furniture is made from recycled materials so it is unique. The swimming pool is a plus point because it uses fresh source water without chlorine. The most enjoyable thing is to swim in the lower pool because the water is really fresh & not too cold. The atmosphere at this hotel is really calm & serene. Breakfast doesn't have much on the menu, but it's quite tasty & filling. Highly recommended for a staycation with family

GgnailVery good location although google map give more complicated route than the easiest one.
Property quite clean, but many small part and amenities of the property need to be repaired or replaced. Specially exhaust fan in the bathroom should be repaired immediately, very noisy and disturbing in the night as it was paralleled turn on with the bathroom's lamp.
