真實情況是衞生條件很差！牆面掉皮，衞生間玻璃上全是水漬，很臟！用紙一擦牀頭櫃最上面，就是這樣，全是灰還有別人的頭髮。水壺上全是不明污漬！

出差都去這家家庭式賓館，老闆非常熱情，洗衣服有洗衣機也很方便，位置很清凈！價格也非常實惠

房間才新裝修的，設施裝修都非常好。老闆態度也好。在城中心，吃飯購物都好！缺陷有二:一，網上説有停車場，實際上沒有。衹能停在路邊線內，比較緊張。二，網上説有窗，但有些房間窗户在走廊。
