A relatively traditional hotel with clean facilities and relatively quiet. The hotel itself is average, the environment and service are good, and the balcony view is good. There is no minibar in the room. The hotel's dinner buffet is average and not cheap.

Loved this place! The staff is excellent and has several English speakers so we never had any problems. Breakfast was great and the daily housekeeping staff did an excellent job.

Plenty of things to do at and around the hotel. Great place for families of all ages. 5/5.

Friendly staff, great room, great food.
Nothing to do with the hotel but there were quite a bit of smokers when we stayed and if you sleep with your window open, you can 'enjoy' their smoke while in bed...

The ski lift in Jungholz will not be operating during the 2024/25 season. Its future depends on an investor. The hotel is aging, partially renovated, and the service does not live up to the price-performance ratio. According to the hotel's own statement, it does not claim to meet 4-star standards. - In the spa area, the two saunas, each with 2x4 seats, are completely undersized for the number of guests. There are no hooks for bathrobes. The Zierben sauna has no light and becomes a "dark room" after 4 p.m. in winter. ;-) The relaxation area with 8 loungers will have to suffice. The outdoor area is completely visible from the street – great view! - The self-service buffet in the restaurant is not suitable for children. So a lot of things fall out of place and then go back again 8-(. The food is not really Austrian cuisine (see menu), the few wines are not all available (the main target group is beer drinkers). The service staff are outwardly indistinguishable from the guests (that's intentional).
